I have a few problems actually, and let it be known I really could give fewer fucks about these men; my discomfort lies in the fact this movement is harming women of colour.

1) You've recognised that men from countries where violent misogyny is normalised in their culture, but you refuse to help the women from these cultures fight against this violence. You use men of colour to generalise your hatred against men, and you do nothing to help the violence against women. Essentially, your misandry overpowers your love for women. You'll look at the harm being done to Muslim women in Middle Eastern countries, and you'll shout, "See what these violent men are doing! They're evil!" And completely blindside the victim women.

2) A lot of immigrants from certain parts of the world move to the West due to the fact that they have destabilised their countries. The working-class westerner will hear this and go, "But it isn't my fault this is happening; it's the government's," yet you're complicit in this destabilisation and do nothing about fighting against it. Resources are taken from these countries to create products that YOU consume. If you're so unhappy with all these immigrants bringing the violence from their countries, violence your country aided in creating, why aren't you fighting against your government, who are causing this harm? You don't want violence in your country, but you're happy to allow it to happen elsewhere at the hands of your higher-ups. It's not that you want to end violence against women; you want it to stop against the women who look like you and turn a blind eye to the women who don't.

3) You refuse to acknowledge that your Western men have been just as bad. You're so quick to forget the horror of colonialism that white men have done to women from other lands. When you see violence from men of colour against white women, you're quick to forget the horrible violence that your own men do to you. The only thing that changes men's actions from country to country is law. If they suddenly legalised rape today in a Western country, do you think the rates would remain the same due to how Western men were socialised? Even with the laws in place, there's a horrible amount of misogynistic violence and femicide against women in the West.

4) If you really cared about the violence immigrant men brought to the West, your arguments wouldn't so heavily centre on white European women. The violence immigrant men do to white women on the streets is already horrendous, so imagine how it is with the non-white women of their family in the home. Yet, you have no desire to talk about them.

5) If violence from men from certain countries being brought to your land was the issue, I assume you'll be quick to advocate against men immigrating as a whole? Men as a demographic have the opportunity to be violently misogynistic, no matter where they come from. You oppose more misogynistic men from entering your countries, yet I see you have no issue with a Polish white man coming into your country even if he were raised in a misogynistic culture, too. I wouldn't have any issue with this argument if white radfems were

Vocal about the mistreatment of women of colour in foreign countries who are directly impacted by misogynistic culture. Both women who reside in their home countries and who are in the West.

“House girls” are domestic servants, usually late teens though I have seen girls as young as six or seven, employed by middle and upper class families. They do everything from cooking and cleaning to caring for the elderly and young children and get very little wages. Most times these girls never see a penny of their wages- it’s all sent to their families. In Nigeria, these girls tend to come from very impoverished families living in border towns and often times do not speak the language before being sent to these families that exploit them.

Due to their young age, lack of any family nearby or money, poor education, and Nigeria’s legal system, these girls are overwhelmingly subject to sexual abuse at the hands of their male employers. In fact there is a common trope in media of the “husband cheating with the house girl and replacing the “madam” of the house. And when these men impregnate these girls, they are sent back to their villages in shame while the cycle continues.

They also face lots of other abuse. One of my mother’s friends was a “house girl” in the 70s when she was just thirteen and she was only given mouldy food and left overs to eat for most of her childhood. she once told me of a time where she was so thirsty, she drank the dirty water her abusers had used to wash their hands. I have also seen “house girls” physically beaten by their abusers and subject to horrific punishments- once as a child I saw a very young girl forced to ride in the boot of a car while all the employers children threw their imported backpacks at her.

There have also been situations in which families immigrate and arrange to bring their house girls with them. They continue to abuse them and when these girls manage to break free, they face deportation and further exploitation.

the issue of black femicide has been ongoing in the US for decades and the numbers of black women killed by their (primarily) black male partners is the highest it has ever been (as of 2024, at least). i posted about cases often a year or two back, and then it became too depressing, like screaming into the void. the worst part of it was seeing their faces in the news, always smiling, and knowing their last moments were spent in terror being murdered by men they loved. sadly a common end for women worldwide.

it's difficult for the black american community to discuss, because it's seen as embarrassing or promoting infighting to frame it as a male violence problem. but male violence and machismo is at the root of most of the problems in the community. what's actually fucking embarrassing is seeing white supremacists like curtis yarvin correctly identify the black church and its matriarchs as the primary positive motivating force for black education and self-empowerment over the centuries and the decreasing importance of the church as a central reason why the community is still struggling against violence.

the ascendant cultural power of males, generally, during this cultural backlash is actively destroying every segment of society. white men and their endless grievance politics, black and latino men and their self-loathing, community-focused violence, asian men and their worship of "traditional" patriarchy that totally disempowers asian women. it's most harrowing for black and latina women because our men are generally poor and feel powerless outside of the home. and my irish ancestors could easily tell you this is not an issue of race, it is an issue of poverty and how lack of access to wider power structures makes men more violent toward their own people and toward communities they see as beneath them. it is why so many black and latino americans not only have disproportionate rates of femicide and rape (of women of their own race) and child abuse, but also why xenophobia runs rampant. poor people are angry. men are taught that their anger is power. poor men have little agency to leverage their anger into legislation or policy, so they turn it on their women and children. rich men can hurt entire classes of people and buy women and children to rape and murder without consequence, far away from their pristine-seeming family lives, while poor men are confined to their menial jobs or gangs that (generally) hurt their own people.

no one really cares about women in general being hurt, and especially not about black or brown or poor women. the only stories i see about femicide are those that involve large-scale murders or famous people. but even the scale isn't enough, usually. for example, the shit coming out of sudan gives me nightmares, the hell black sudanese are going through every day. i can't even read about it anymore. i donate to charities, i pray for them, but i don't know if anything reaches them. men there are unleashing a kind of primordial evil during this genocide, and the few sudanese men who are willing to help are kidnapped and murdered brutally while it's live-streamed. the women and girl children are held in limbo, being raped and tortured daily. that story barely makes the news outside of one or two papers that are committed to following the story like the guardian. i don't even blame ordinary people for looking away. it's the most horrific thing happening on our planet right now, and it's impossible to comprehend the scale of the genocide and unending rape and violence. the kind of violence men in the west fantasize about inflicting on their enemies and pretend to care about protecting their white women from, even as they have developed this sick fucking fixation and neurosis around black male/white female fetish pornography that infects everything they culturally produce. the only difference between the US and sudan is our functioning government. our men are just as evil as the arab genocidal forces there, and their violence and open hatred is the proof.

Wait but I thought dysphoria was a life ruining experience that will absolutely end in suicide if not treated with “life saving gender affirming care”? Is that not true when detransitioners have dysphoria? Their dysphoria isn’t life ruining because it’s inconvenient to your narrative?

And why are we ignoring the fact that elevated testosterone in female people is a health issue? It’s not just no big deal. It’s something that can impact female health. Especially if you’re literally injecting wrong sex hormones into yourself which can lead to increased risk of heart attack and osteoporosis and that’s just scratching the surface.
