Yk whats up

- Woman in her late 30s who is probably a teacher and definitely a published author. She’s a tumblr and AO3 OG, and she still has hand crocheted johnlock plushies on her shelf.

- Mid-20s Masters or PhD student in a field completely unrelated to writing, usually STEM. Sweet as pie, usually asexual, sometimes nonbinary, probably inexplicably good at art too.

Narnia.

I use this term to mean that I was clueless enough about my sexually that I was beyond the closet. So deep in the closet I didn’t even realize I was in one. You see where I’m going with this.

You see, it goes like this in conversation:

“It’s like I was wandering through the snowy woods tryna figure my shit out and then I was like oh, a lamp post, interesting. Keep walking and I’m like oh these trees feel more like coats. Oh holy shit I’m in a closet! I should probably come out.”

See?

There was this one character named Delancey, and she liked hanging out with dudes, unabashedly enjoyed many snacks, randomly dyed her hair pink, and was apparently such a mess that one of her cats was able to get into said hair dye.

There was also this one time she heard a dude insulting another dude by saying he skates like a girl while at the skatepark so she grabbed a board, put her hair in a helmet and absolutely shredded the place up, only to take off the helmet, dramatically revealing her long braids, and saying the absolutely iconic line, “you wish you could skate like a girl”.

I must have watched that one video about one hundred thousand times when I was seven.
