Good morning or good evening, depending on your time zone!

Today I’m sharing a drawing inspired by ✨ Starshine Legacy ✨, more specifically the character Anne and her original design. What a wave of nostalgia, right?

To my surprise, Anne actually had two outfits! The blue version was used on her in-game model, but her character icon shows a pink one. For peace of mind, I ended up drawing both.

As a reminder, I mentioned this on my stories (Instagram) before – I made a base for the character so I can draw the outfits separately. After finishing the Starshine Legacy versions, I’ll be moving on to Anne’s Star Stable Online look, which is quite different.

Fanfic canon:

Katja is both alive and dead. Because of this, she is suspended between life and death. Souls who felt anger, fear or despair before death are clinging to her all the time. Wherever she went, the ghosts followed her and wanted to use her for their own purposes. Sometimes it was about revenge, sometimes they just wanted a meeting with loved ones to say goodbye one last time. It was a curse, a punishment for breaking the rules of life and death.

It was unbearable. She heard voices all the time. Eventually, she learned to use the negative energy that the souls emanated and create nightmares from them for her own use. Even she has become one of the nightmares that could be hiding in the darkness.

When Katja is near, the environment becomes cold and unpleasant. Her touch makes the person feel as if the life is being sucked out of them.
