Sunshine Mixed with a Little Hurricane

It’s a surprise really. I haven’t managed to hurt myself in a while but now I’ve said that I’m sure I’ve jinxed myself. That’s how it usually goes. You did? What a badass. Those are the best kind of drunks! Until they turn into the clingy drunks that don’t leave your side. I’m gonna be a good person and not drink this weekend, though.

Knock on wood because I’d to hear you got hurt. That would certainly put a damper on the summer fun for sure. Stupid? Yes. Badass? Not so sure about that one. My stunt double was not amused. Eh, think I’d rather take the clingy drunk over the mean and asshole drunk any day of the week. You’re being smart, that’s awesome.

Surprisingly, I didn’t actually end up injuring myself which is shocking considering I’m the clumsiest person without even drinking anything. Don’t worry, I’m a nice drunk! I’m that drunk that loves everything and just wants to have a good time. I try and avoid asshole drunks, too. They’re the worst kind. I tried a White Russian which was really nice and raspberry mojito. I think they were the best of the night.

That’s good to hear. I wouldn’t want a trip to the ER to end up ruining your birthday. I can totally understand the being a klutz thing though. Once, I filmed a one shot take scene with a hairline fracture in my arm. My second favorite kind of drunk after the openly affectionate/cuddly ones. Both are excellent choices, I approve.

You’re so nice to me! This is why you’re one of my favourite friends. Thanks, Chloe! I’m glad we’re friends, too. It’ll make you happy to know that I didn’t behave myself and drank far more than I wanted to. I only woke up with a little hangover so it wasn’t too bad! I can’t remember how many drinks I ended up having but it was definitely more than five. 

Of course I’m nice to you! The feeling is very mutual, I promise. Good, that’s what I like to hear. As long as you didn’t hurt yourself, others or were a complete asshole that is. Drunk assholes are terrible and I’d have to disown you in that case. So what was your favorite, that you can remember drinking anyways?

I tried to hire a monkey to be my Abu for the night but realised how bad of an idea that’d actually be. Will Smith wasn’t even free to follow me around all night and be my genie either. It’s fine. I’m not bitter or anything. Nah but really, I can’t believe this is the second birthday I’ll be spending in town. I’m ready to party and not drink too much. I don’t want to start twenty-three tomorrow with a hangover! If anyone sees me having more than five drinks then you have permission to smack it out of my hand.

Eh, you didn’t need either of them to be awesome and have an awesome party to celebrate your latest trip around the sun. Happy birthday to my favorite fellow Marvel superhero, I’m very glad we’re friends. I should smack you for being a sensible person and tell you that you should have just enjoyed yourself but I won’t because apparently that’s behavior we want to encourage. I hope you managed to get the five drinks though.

Of course not, but I plan to make it up to you all for being gone for so long. I’m planning on heading out to the Getaway this weekend if you’re around, so I’ll probably see you there. It is a win, and it seems as though the next month or so will keep me busy, so I’m excited about summer this year. That’s good! I caught the first two episodes, and I’m hoping not to get too behind, but I’m hoping filmings going well for you all. 

If that’ll make you happy then who am I to stand in the way? I really wanted to be there but other things came up and I had to miss out. I am going to make my way out to the ranch for the opening house weekend if you’re thinking about taking the kids out. Good, being busy is a good thing though I hope some of that is fun busy. It’s going great and all these twists and turns certainly will keep the fans on the edge of their seats.

Yes, I know. It’s terrible, actually scratch that, I’m just terrible. It’s so good to see you too, you have no idea, and I’m so happy to be back. So I promise you’re going to see more of me because I regret leaving in the first place and I need to make up for the lost time. We’re all good, just doing our chaotic thing as usual. How have you been Chloe?

Well, no one’s perfect and the important thing is that you came back to town. We really are happy to have you back. Awesome, that’s what I’d like to hear and I’ll keep my eyes open when I’m out and about. Good, that’s very good and you guys got back in time to enjoy the warm weather so that’s definitely a win. I’ve been pretty great, working on Season 7 while the sixth season aires mostly.

I fell off the face of the earth, again. I’m starting to think that’s probably my only talent these days, but we’ve all got to take time for ourselves every now and then right? Is that a good enough excuse, or shall I go back to the drawing board to look for something that’ll actually pass as a decent one? Anyway, I’m Cobie and I’m starting to think it’s time for me to stop going into hiding for extended periods of time.

Well aren’t you a sight for sore eyes. It’s really good to see you again, Cobie. We’re really happy to have you here. You’ve definitely got that right and I hope you’re doing well along with your kids. It would really be nice if we could see you more often so I hope you’ll get out and about.

She’s an incredible woman. Still have nightmares of her teaching me all about sexed, but hey, it is what it is. Are you going to rest up now that the trip is over with? I was thinking about sleeping in for a day or two. 

Yeah, I don’t think there’s anyone who gets out of that talk unscathed. I think I will take some time to hang out around time. Though, I’ll probably do a few cons here and there. That sounds like a perfect way to start off this relaxation period for sure. 

The Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer came out yesterday and everyone better have watched! Don’t if you haven’t seen Endgame, though. Major spoilers. I know everyone is very excited to see their fave Spidey boy but don’t ruin it for yourself. I also want to throw it out there that I knew everything and didn’t spoil a thing. Are we proud of me? I told you I was getting better at this keeping secrets thing. You can all trust me to tell me your secrets now. Throw them at me. I won’t tell a soul. I’m an expert now. I’m excited to be back in town for a few weeks now, though. Before the trip, I was in and out between like a million jobs. Have I missed anything exciting lately? Did you all throw massive parties to celebrate when I wasn’t around?

Hey stranger, feels like its been a minute. That said, I’ve watched the trailer a few times and I’m excited to see the new Spiderman movie. I’m sure it’s going to be great and tug on the heartstrings at the same time. You know, now Daisy and Peter have something in common though not something we’d choose for them to have in common if we had our way; wait....make that two things. I’m very glad to know that you haven’t been taken out by the Marvel snipers because I like having my friend around. Now that you have some down time, you could always watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in light of the show premiering this past Friday. Oh you know we did. The moment we got word you were officially out of town actually.

Well, I’m done with the kitchen and bathroom already and considering that I’ve got my bed in, I think I’m doing a great job so far; except the fact that I am now exhausted and I want to stop unpacking stuff and just explore the town instead of being stuck, you know? I don’t even know how to explain how my living room is looking like right now, it’s a mess, everything’s a mess. Yeah, I made a new friend and he told me he’d join me and help me out, let’s see if we’ll actually do it instead of dancing out and drinking. Rusty Wheel is very famous around here. Awesome to meet you, too, Chloe. How’s living here? Is it good? Tell me more – if you have the time, of course.

That’s good to hear. You should do it because it will get you re-energized to handle the unpacking. Explore some of the town, do some unpacking then rinse and repeat. Your things won’t get up and walk away, probably. Depends on who it is that volunteered, there area few guys around here that would definitely do the latter rather than the former. Living here is a blast. It’s pretty chill but with lots to do and things to get involved with though we do love a good party too. What else would you like to know?

You know, I’d love to stay and talk about how I hate long flights and everything, but I kind of have a really important question; are you ready for it? What’s a good system to unpacking a room? I recently moved to Bayview and I just have so much trouble tackling big tasks. I’ve got my bed in, and the kitchen and bathroom all organized, but when it comes to organizing my room it just feels like I’m stuck in a rut and going nowhere. I’m tired of all of these boxes in my room and sometimes I just want to light them all on fire. And while you’re here listening to me whining about ridiculous things (I promise I’m not like that all of the time), you should also tell me where I should go for a drink because I’m sure I’ll go insane if I don’t drink tonight. Oh, my name’s James, by the way.

Hmm..good question. I’d suggest starting with your bedroom and kitchen then moving onto the bathroom then other rooms by how much you’re likely to use them. I vaguely think that’s what I did but it’s been 4 and a half years so.....Well in that case, take a break and move onto your living room then it’s what I do when I’m stuck or bribe people with food to help you unpack. My favorite place for a drink is the Rusty Wheel down. Awesome to meet you, I’m Chloe.

You are like the queen of hairstyles though, you really suit all of them. I couldn’t really change my hair much due to Laurel always having her hair long. I am actually okay with not many big changes really. I am happy just with life currently. You’re totally right! There is. Well I love Fashion hens the store, I do love the beach so I will have to go and check that out soon. And of course, as cheesy as it is to say Brandon since I love being around him.

Not sure about that but thank you. I’ve enjoyed changing up my looks during the seasons. We did an arc in the fourth season that required me to wear a long wig and it was very clear that it wasn’t my hair. Aww, I’m glad to hear that. The two of you are pretty adorable, you’re lucky to have found each other. 

We need better teachers for sure. I luckily attended a school that had great ones. My mum is a teacher so it helped a ton growing up. Wonderful. Then you’ll be doing a whole lot of that when we’re here? I love getting active and enjoy a good hike so I’m sure I’ll be doing plenty of that this week. 

Props to your mom for being a teacher. I’m sure she’s a great one who her students love. Probably, its absolutely gorgeous here. In that case, we’ll probably run into each other at some point which would be awesome.

beltane parties are a lot of fun. there’s a lot of drink involved that is for sure. usually takes me a few days to recover and quite a few showers due to the smoke of fires and incense, but it’s totally worth it and i’d love to have you there!!

The same could be said about any occupation. Such as teachers that go years being in the field and stop caring about their jobs. Most of them get exhausted and lose their passion. It’s a little upsetting. There’s a whole lot of hiking you can do if that’s what you fancy. 

That’s a real tragedy. They do so much for their students because they’re good people who care about their students but get little back for it. The teachers I’ve had were mostly wonderful and helped mold me into who I am today. I’m down for hiking. I like getting out and being active in town for sure.
