Starting Over // Quinn&Jenny
Quinn led Beth down the busy streets of New York, making sure not to bump into anybody. It wasn't the easiest task in the world, but it had been a nice day, and Beth had been so eager to get out that Quinn had no desire to take the car. Besides, the fresh air would do them some good, and it gave the cookies she had made with Beth time to cool. It would be nice to see Jenny too, even if the last time the two girls spoke hadn't exactly been pleasant. However, that was years ago, and if she could be friends with Dan and Serena, she could be friends with Jenny.
"Mommy" Beth asked curiously, clutching Quinn's hand tightly and glancing around the busy streets of New York "Who's this lady we're meeting? It doesn't sound like Auntie Blair." Quinn chuckled at that, smiling down at her daughter. Beth rarely spoke of anyone besides her grandmothers, her parents, her biological aunts and Blair. She liked others, of course, like Santana and Brittany and Dan, but according to Beth, they didn't matter as much as the others. And if what Judy said about Quinn as a young child was true, then Beth was certainly Quinn's daughter.
"We're going to see Dan's little sister" Quinn explained as they neared the cafe "Her name's Jenny, and I think you'll like her." Beth paused, considering that, causing Quinn to laugh again. Her daughter was, without a doubt, the cutest seven year old on the planet. Beth was still deep in thought when they arrived, and Jenny had yet to arrive, so Quinn snagged an outdoor table, glancing around as she waited for the other girl to arrive.
