I'm going to say it. The ending/episode 9 of The Amazing Digital Circus sucked.
I went to see the finale in my local cinema, which was a really fun experience, but regardless, I hated the way the show ended, and how it not only focused almost entirely on Jax, but justified his toxic, abusive behaviour just because he's trans and experienced abuse himself.
THAT was the show's message? I was expecting so much more and wanted all the questions about other characters and the AI company to be answered. But no, we didn't get any of that. It was all about Jax, apparently, and how we should love him even though he/she was a toxic, abusive asshole.
