I normally fight whatever deity exists to maintain the disease or whatever. Most of the time it's just a lesser deity, so it's not much trouble, though the black plague was a bit difficult to fight off.

The king has built an army of clockwork beings... I can't sleep because of the ticking.

The Moon Cultists are recruiting again... Nobody would join if not for the beautiful robes that come with the positions.

They seem awfully lenient with worship mandates...
