We work alongside local governments to dismantle trafficking networks, protect vulnerable populations, and restore freedom and dignity to every individual affected.
We also make sure to provide adequate medical care and recovery resources to all victims, any way we can. Whether they are found through our efforts or come to us seeking aid. We also strive to reunite victims with their families, wherever they are on this world or others, wherever it is possible.

-Vocal emotional manipulation, 5â3, she was appointed leader after being a part of the very first rescue, since she had the most combat experience and was the best at keeping everyone in line. Majoring in performance arts and minoring in psychology.

-Intelligence, 5â5, he manages Sophiaâs life. One of her closest confidants and upperclassmen in school. He arranges the schools costumes, the QG uniforms, and is an RN and manages Sophiaâs health personally. Also has LoA ties. Was a stage hand at school but majored in nursing and minored in performance arts just to have access to those classes and students groups.
-Second: Alfred (Alfie, Bonus Twin), 22
-Teleportation, 6â tall, Sophiaâs closest friend. Also her dance partner at school. Double major in performance arts and engineering.

-Very bendy, and very fast. Not quite speedster but fast enough. 6â2, one of Sophiaâs next closest friends. Also her adoptive distant cousin from France. Has known her since diapers. Majored in Performance Arts and minored in Business.

-Super strength, 5â7, one of Sophiaâs closest friends and like an older brother. He met her through Francis. Also known her since diapers. He is trans. Majored in Performance Arts, and minored in Finance.

Thank you all for your massive support during this big old mess. E and I are both safe and no longer in W.E.'s building.
As for the board and what will happen going forward; I have been on the phone with my union about the situation and will be taking legal action.
This isn't just about what happened to me, but rather the bigger picture it poses. With the advice from Sanchi over at Hero Helpers, We have gotten a Lawyer, who has been actively providing advice on the case.
I cant say much, except that we are safe and handling the situation as best we can. I will try and keep you guys updated throughout the process as much as I legally can!

Gunshots hit the ground around your feet as you were chased by some new, vigilante-wannabe. You seemed like you were about to escape her grasp when, out of nowhere, she jumped on your back, knocking you on the rooftop floor, and put a pair of handcuffs on your wrists.
She used her foot to weakly turn you on your back, standing above you. Her face wasnât visible, but it was easy to tell by her stature that she was probably a teen, rather than an adult.
Her foot rested itself on your sternum, a frown on the lower-half of her face.
âMay I ask what you were doing at the crime scene?â

Sophia grunts as she hits the ground, and she turns on her meta dampeners before she speaks. She pants heavily taking a minute to catch her breath.
âWell, those guys,â she he huffs out. âWould be the bad guys. Creepy assholes too based on what they had to say about what Iâm wearing⌠and I, and my team, have been tracking them for a few weeks now in connection to a case. They donât seem to be involved in anything I care about but they know the people who are, so I needed their information. Which I now canât get, thanks. It took weeks to arrange this!â
She glares for a minute, but after observing the other vigilantes behavior she rolls her eyes with a sigh. She slips her cuffs on one hand that was a bit loose, and flips mockingbird over in the blink of an eye.
âKid, what are you doing here? How long have you even been doing this?â
Sophia stares her down a moment longer before relenting and letting her up, offering her a hand.
âMy name is Songbird, and sort of. Mostly. Iâd say Iâm a hero, Batman and Superman would disagree. Wonder Woman thinks Iâm a worthy warrior though and sheâs the only cool one there Iâm not related to, so.â She shrugs, and sighs.
âYou were good with your weapons, and you have a solid foundation. You really need to work on your hand to hand though, it should not have been that easy for me to get up. Though, the cuffs being left a little loose helped.â She says pointedly.
âTighten them next time. I get you were moving fast but if I wasnât friendly that couldâve been bad. Iâm hypermobile, my body bends in ways it shouldnât if I wasnât that wouldnât have been too loose but you should never take that risk.â
Lynâs face flushed a bit at her own amateur mistakes. She took the girls hand and stood up.
âMockingbird.â She muttered, trying to seem unimpressed, but she very clearly was taking notes in her head when Sophie explained how she could improve.
âAm I able to help your case?â She spoke up. âI⌠I am useful. I could get information in areas like Crime Alley, or I could spy on something. I would like to contribute.â
âMockingbird⌠I donât think so. The cases I work arenât safe. I exclusively deal with some of the worst of the worst scum. Without parent permission I can even entertain the idea. Plus to work around me weâd need to take mold impressions of your ears and make you specialized comms.â She says firmly.
âBut⌠Iâd be willing to help you work on som of your training if you ever need.â Her expression softened into a gentle smile.
âI remember just starting out. Even with all my training before then I had a lot to learn, and my much less well trained friends even moreso.â
Sophia nods. âSince I was 10, officially. Iâve had combat training since I was like two and a half to three years old. I forget where in there exactly it started.â She shrugs.
âHow long have you been doing this?â She asks. âYouâre good, but you have a lot to learn.â
She huffed and averted her eyes. âFour months. But donât mistaken my newness for lack of ability.â
Lyn picked the handcuffs off the floor and pocketed them. âWell, it was pleasant meeting you, Songbird. Iâll be off taking care of crime. Have a lovely night.â
Sophia steps in front of her. âNot so fast. I donât think you being new means youâre not capable, but you need someone to help teach you. Youâll get yourself hurt otherwise. Tomorrow, Iâll send someone to retrieve you. His name is Vortex. Blonde, blue eyes, 6ft. Overgrown puppy personality. Heâll take you to our main training facility.â She offers, and hands Lyn a card.
âMeet him there if you want. If you really donât I canât force you, but⌠you seem like a good kid. Iâd hate to see you hurt.â
She jumped a bit when Sophia stepped in front of her, then straightened back up, trying to seem cordial.
âWhyâŚâ she started, then stopped herself, letting out a resigned nod of her head, gently taking the card. âOkay, Vortex.â She mutters as she reads the card.
Before Sophia can leave, she gets out a flustered âthank you,â then runs off. Social skills really arenât Lynâs strong suit.

By the next day, Lyn was standing at their select location. She really looked awkward, fidgeting with her fingers while her eyes continuously searched for the tall blonde.
Alfred bounces excitedly with each step he takes, looking for the kid Soph asked him to find and escort. He scans the location for a moment and sees them, but makes a series of teleportations to get to them, a likely unnecessary precaution, but one he takes al the same.
Once he reaches them, he smiles a bit brighter.
"Hi! I'm Vortex, I hear you will be joining us for training today? Songbird sent me here to find you."

There is very sensitive content in her backstory, so please mind the TWs. I donât get into it graphically, it wonât ever be discussed particularly graphically on this blog, and yes it is horrific much of what she has been through.
I am very well aware.
Writing her has always brought me comfort and peace. Some things are adding as much trauma onto a blorbo as I can, and some I draw experience from in one way or another even if not in this exact application.
Sophia Queen updated timeline and info:
Some mild Arrowverse inspiration in the inclusion of Thea and the whole Nyssa/Ollie marriage bit, but thatâs about where it ends.
TW: Very vague mentions of CSA and trafficking at the hands of adopted non parental family as non-graphically as possible. Mention of child pregnancy.
Death of a teen. Cancer.
-Her and Jackson are born!
-At 3 weeks old her and her twin brother (Jackson) are given to friends of Nyssas that are from a very well to do high society noble family in England that werenât capable of having kids. Nyssa did not feel safe keeping them due to her father.
-By 8 weeks old both twins are given meta inhibitors due to being infants and obvi way too young to train their powers.
-At 4 years old their parents die in a house fire, the twins barely survive, they had been trapped a good part of it and almost werenât found.
-Initially they are taken in by an uncle related to their adoptive parents.
-They were in boarding school though once they turned five and then winter holidays were with their uncle and summer with Nyssa.
-At 7 Jackson was diagnosed with Leukemia.
-At 9 Jackson went into remission.
-At 11 Sophiaâs best friends at school found out that their uncles was severely mistreating Sophia, and all being metas, formed a secret team to stop it that wound up sending her uncle to prison when they broke into a âmeetingâ he set up with him, some of his friends, and Sophia.
-Nyssa took Sophia and Jackson and sent them to Ollie and explained everything to him.
-Hal had recently started dating Dinah and Ollie. The twins are closer to Hal and Dinah, rather than Ollie. He tries his best but they just donât click with him. Eventually they will get closer to him though!
-Sophia and Jackson were both closest to Dinah almost from the get go, with Dinah training them both with their meta abilities.
-The QueensGuard (QG) was âofficiallyâ formed, and the five boys who started it named Sophia leader and Jackson became primarily their âguy in the chairâ since his health was still difficult sometimes.
-Sophia started training her friends in the martial arts sheâs grown up learning.
-They find out Sophia is pregnant and she adamantly refuses to tell Dinah and Ollie, or a teacher, or anyone. Sheâs 12 so sheâs SO grown up, she say so bc she had her bat mitzvah. (Nyssa is Jewish, she defs pushed for them to be raised participating in Jewish life as much as possible, and I feel like they had before but esp after being around Hal and his fam theyâd have connected to that part of their heritage more.)
-At 12 Sophia gave birth while away at school. She nearly died.
-Ollie and Dinah are understandably upset no one noticed anything sooner and they werenât even called right away. They rushed there as soon as they were told though. The fatherâs family took custody of the baby despite what heâd done and much protest from the Queens.
-Sophia and Jackson get pulled out of their first school and switch to a school in California, their friends convince their parents to let them follow.
-Jax gets much closer to Ollie.
-The QG starts to grow as more students in the school become interested.
-At 14 QG starts teaming up with YJ
-At 15 YJ joins the Titans.
-QG also starts doing their own missions separate, outside of the purview of the Titans, YJ, OR the JL.
-At 16 Jackson is diagnosed with lung cancer. He does extensive treatment and Sophia gives him a lung. Unfortunately they find out after the transplant that the cancer has metastasized.
-At 17 Jackson passed away.
-Sophia was devastated. They had been inseparable their entire lives. They were close, always dormed together even when it technically wasnât allowed, always shared a bedroom (though by 12 they usually slept in their own beds unless they were sick or particularly upset.)
-Sophia starts partying and sneaking out and isnât responsive to anyoneâs attempts to reach out, not even Royâs, or Theaâs. Sheâs drinking and reckless and nearly gets herself hurt several times and she falls behind in school.
-Eventually her best friends Alfred and Matthieu, who she and Jackson always called their bonus twins, break through to her and she starts getting back to normal life. He helps tutor her through classes and she heals.
-Sophia starts to build a better relationship with Ollie, finally seeing him as a dad. And with Roy, finally seeing him as a brother.
-At 18 Sophia starts uni connected to the same academy she went to the rest of her schooling at, and she starts to fully separate QG from the Titans and the JL. Batman and Superman and most of the league are fine with this, as very few members agree with the fact that QG doesnât have a strict no kill rule. If more experienced help is really needed Sophia reaches out to her parents or Diana but none of the others.
-She is a performance arts major.
-She fights for custody of her child and wins, due to the fatherâs history with her and others.
-QG expands even farther and gains more members.
-By 19 QG is very effective at doing what they do. Their ops and missions last several months but they almost exclusively target human (meta or otherwise, and immigrants from other planets as well,) traffickers, and those ops just take time. But since theyâre a private organization and not government they also have different rules and things less red tape.
-Sophia starts dating Tim and Bart.
-At 20 QG starts working collaboratively with governments in the most at risk parts of the planet to ensure they follow correct evidence handling and hand-offs of perpetrators. QG designs a standard uniform that most members wear, though Sophia is notorious for either wearing her own personal uniform that matches what she and Jackson used to wear together, or just whatever she feels like that day. This makes it easier when doing joint work with various countries governments since theyâre easy to determine who is who.
-At 21 Tim breaks up with Sophia. It just wasnât working and was amicable. Sophia and Bart are still dating, but itâs rocky.
-QG work is smoother than ever and Sophia is doing well at school.
-Now 22 (23 in January) Sophia is in her last year of uni and living her life. Her school has a division that does a lot of traveling around and she is in it and the school is mainly in and around Gotham and BlĂźdhaven and Metropolis for classes. Sophia also has some health issues but theyâre well managed and donât often affect her work.
-She and Bart are dating still and things ease up. Bart finally comes out to her as trans, they had been hiding being AFAB and nonbinary since they originally had let everyone think they were a boy and had been comfortable in that for a long time. Their relationship is stronger than ever now that she knows. Sophia lets them know that doesnât change how she feels in the slightest.
-Or (specific characters/plotline dependent): Bart breaks up with her after coming out saying heâs AFAB and has been hiding it and wants to work on figuring out more about himself and going through self discovery and ofc Sophia agrees to that and itâs an amicable split but she still assures Bart that she will always be around for him/them.
*Iâm open to developing other relationships instead though! And as always ship interactions all around characters and muns need to be minimally 18+, any desire for anything beyond PG-13 needs to be discussed in private and should be 20+ all around.
