as much as she feels bad, she played him, and that type of pain is unforgivable for pickle, whos endlessly loyal and is the literal embodiment of loyalty. pickle's allowed to feel irritated and upset with how he was treated, he closed off from everyone he loved / surrounded himself with for the most part and when he tried talking about taco with oj he got shut down. its hard to process something like that over years of unfaltering loyalty and be called stupid for it after what you thought was something dear to the both of you.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on Taco or think they should never be friends again. I would love for them to HEAL and be friends again. If Taco wants Pickle's forgiveness, she needs to earn it. And no, she didn't really apologize to Pickle at all in S2E16. She did apologize, but she told him, she was "playing along" with the friendship he offered. Pickle was genuinely reaching out to Taco with friendship and kinship in mind, he wasn't thinking about forming a genuine bond with her, not thinking about the prize. Taco was the one who took advantage of that genuine kindness and played him, but tries to write it off as them "playing together" when it was real to Pickle. She also literally admitted that it did not cross her mind ONCE, that Pickle would be devastated by the truth. Though it is unsure when exactly she realized that Pickle was hurt, its too late now

Like mentioned before, Pickle is the embodiment of loyalty, so it is more than understandable that he would be angry and resentful to her. He followed her without a second of doubt, stuck to her side even though a good majority of the cast disliked her, was the only one to think that she would win, forgave her for hitting him with a lemon, and he is made to be a fool at the end when Taco reveals the truth. Its painful and embarrassing. Its possible that the others might of given Pickle flack for this too, with Balloon shouting at Pickle, "Well, at least I knew Taco was nothing but trouble! Who's stupid now huh?" (Balloon, I know you were angry but that is low😭)

I dont want this to get too long because I will endlessly disect Pickle's character and his tragedies but to keep it short, Taco and Pickle are not good for each other at all. Taco has not yet to properly apologize to Pickle or understand the extent of pain she had caused him.

And no matter how sincerely she apologizes,

PICKLE DOES NOT OWN HER FORGIVENESS

When Taco complained of Pickle forgiving MePhone and not her, Pickle is completely VALID for doing so. Yes, MePhone did create them. Yes, MePhone created Pickle to be loyal. Yes, MePhone created Taco to be manipulative. But did MePhone directly change Pickle's brain chemistry and caused him prolonged trauma, indirectly blamed Pickle for getting tricked? No. And not only that, MePhone understands what he did was wrong. He owns up to that, and he doesn't expect forgiveness. That's the key difference between Pickle choosing to forgive MePhone vs Taco. Forgiveness is earned, not given

Its up to Pickle to forgive, and if he wants to forgive Taco, he is free to do so. But he is also free to not forgive her. Its all HIS choice. Not Taco's, not Mephone's, not any of us, its Pickle's choice and Taco needs to respect that

I don't hate Paco, I do love it and I miss them being a duo. BUT, I know they wouldn't be well together. If they ever become a duo again, lots of apologizes from Taco and genuine heart to heart talks are needed
