Up until that night Jimin and Jungkook were like those fun bros that occasionally like to act gay around each other for attention, and it just so happens to fit that narrative that Park Jimin was always the one most aware of the fact that Jungkook was a minor (i.e. *police sirens* and randomly pointing out that Jungkook was of age during the Dope MV filming when he in fact was not (so wtf. thats another rabbit hole)). But that night, right before they performed at MAMAs, Taehyung did a vlive. Jimin was apparently supposed to be his roommate, but when asked where Jimin was, he kind of made this frowny face, saying that he was βoutβ with Jungkook. So rumours have it that Taehyungβs live was filmed at night (????) so where the fuq would they be going. It just so happens that it was within the night right before or few nights before the New Year, so it seemed those two had a um reason to celebrate just as Jeon became legal ( Ν‘Β° ΝΚ Ν‘Β°) Not to mention up until that point, both of them couldnβt wait for whatever reason, Jimin always bringing upΒ βhey Jungkook how do you feel when youβre of age?β orΒ βDo you have any desiresβ (and we remember that whole awkward pointing thing). And when we add Taeβs VLIVE + the events leading up we get aight u reaching.Β
