Purple Perspective

My European Studies professor decided a few weeks ago to take a Friday and instead of following the syllabus, he spent the entire hour and a half comparing Hitler’s actions from a European perspective to that of what Trump is doing in America. He never repeated a single point, and even used video and photos like this to show the comparison.

To make things better, he had us do an in class assignment for participation points. He first played a clip on youtube of one of Hilter’s speeches, subtitled and 3 minutes long. He then played a clip of one of Trump’s rallies. Our assignment? Copy down every single sentence that matched in translation down on a sheet of paper or a word document that wasn’t repeated. The person with the closest amount to what my professor found got a candy bar.

My professor found, in just three minutes of a speech, that Trump matched 65 different phrases/sentences to that of Hitler’s translation.

Bottom line…

Sistas stop holding on to something, that’s not there. Stop grasping so tightly to this mythological idea of black love when it’s not there. In order for black love to prosper at a enormous rate, both sides have to be on the same page, and it’s clearly not. Stop boo hoo’ing and crying about black men, when many of them continuously proudly claim they will never date a black woman.

Sistas like the one’s in the video really, really, really, annoy me begging and pleading for the attention of black men all the time. A lot of sistas like the one’s in the video will even tear down other women in order to reclaim the attention of these black men. It’s really sad how desperate black women are for the men in our own community to show a smidgen of similar intimate connection with us, to the point of looking like beggars on the street.

When a non-black person says this, black women like the one’s in the video are ready to march in the streets calling them all types of racist MF’s and how they don’t want them anyway. But it’s that strong Stockholm syndrome many sistas have for the brothas they’ve been told to stand behind no matter how much the same isn’t reciprocated. Brothas can openly tell a black woman “I don’t want you and I don’t like you” and many sistas will still be like “Well…well that’s okay my African King I still love you, and will shed blood for you”. I don’t even see this kind of loyalty from other black women for other black women. So constantly trying to prove to them how great black women and how we’re so magically is pointless BECAUSE THEY DON’T CARE! It’s best for black women to focus on ourselves and helping each other because many black men are too far gone.

I was saying I don’t want black women to continue to fight for the attention of fuckboys like the one’s in the video. These type of black men don’t deserve black women. They don’t deserve our love, our attention, our support, they don’t deserve anything. Black men are going to continue to do what they want to to do, and say what they want to say about black women. Ain’t no amount of begging, pleading, and trying to prove how great we are for them, going to change their minds because if it were they would have been stopped this mess a long time ago but they don’t, because they don’t care. I’ve come across many who even said they don’t care no matter how much you vent to them that black women stand behind them and march for them and all that stuff, and I had to curse them out time and time again. They don’t care. They’re superficial, self serving and inconsiderate towards black women. That’s why they can openly state they will never date a black woman and feel nothing about it. They internalize racism towards women in their own community, that’s so sad and pitiful.
