I am probably best known for being the creator of the Mario AU, Shattered Senses! My most ambitious project to date, which I expect to work on for the next few years, at least.
I am diagnosed autistic. Probably got a whole bunch of comorbid conditions wrecking my life.
My blog was established in 2021 to expand my reach to other social networks, and lurk around in my favourite tags, but this has become my main home for my work since Amino shut down.
Let’s get this one out of the way before you scroll further.
I will not tolerate promotion of any AI-generated slop or usage of my works to train AI models. AI has a slew of environmental and ethical concerns and I refuse to accept it as anything other than investor bait.
I use a program called DesignDoll to heavily reference/trace anatomy from basic 3D models. It serves to close a skill disparity I have between proportions and lighting - whilst I understand rendering techniques well, I have not been able to comprehend the "fundamentals" for several years, even with specialist help from art tutors at college. I am transparent about this so that you may choose to avoid my blog if you disagree with my process.
However, I ESPECIALLY do not endorse tracing other people’s art and trying to pass it off as your own. That is plagiarism.
Other than that, I don’t really have a DNI list. People can and will try to access my work, and others, even if their views differ from mine. All I can do is seek to educate people with my storytelling.
