Also in regards to how the train throttle works, its different between trains but its usually either a stick that controls both break and throttle like Femboy said, or there it is separated with, there being a dedicated break from throttle (sometimes theres even multiple breaks lol) it all depends on the train thoo. I can try explain it betters but im no professional. (yet :3)

I’m a Marine Engineer (student lol) so I end up working in the machinery spaces which tend to not have windows so it would be hard to film a Blåhaj pov drag race with another ship. Maybe I could sneak up to the bridge but yea.

I mean throttle stick makes sense, I guess was wondering more if moving the stick changes the train speed or changes the rate of acceleration. Cause I’ve seen a video of Japanese trains where the more you push the stick the faster it accelerates, but I’m used to engine order telegraphs (EOT) where each position commands a specific propeller speed.
