Just saw an artist I liked get called out for drawin porn of minors and they immediately started trying to guilt everyone lol. “I’m sorry that porn I drew of a minor got popular and I’m sorry that you guys care about a fictional minor more than me ;;” like shut up lmao. Also if you’re a proshipper please don’t interact with me. As in pedophilia, shipping minors, attraction to animals. Idc if you ship two problematic adults together. But if you like kids then please leave.
still really cannot stop thinking about that nauseous buildup before a sickie finally pukes….
when there’s that really slow loss of control:Â
the progression from tinges to nausea that can be ignored to waves of nausea that can’t, that have the sickie nearly doubled over in pain as their stomach starts to gurgle audibly
then they start quietly belching and hiccuping, coughing occasionally to try and get rid of the nausea at the back of their throat, maybe spitting out some saliva – and they feel bad, quite bad, at this point; they’re feeling the nausea starting to crest but they’re still mostly in control, they can still talk and move and think relatively clearly
and then they start to lose that coherence as they feel sicker and sicker. they’re talking from behind a wall of nausea, having to hold it back just to get the words out. increasingly, they can only think about and feel their nausea and the side effects of it – the churning of their belly, chills, hot flashes, fuzziness, cramps
and then they gag for the first time – maybe it’s shallow and quiet, maybe it’s loud and deep, but it escalates that feeling of not being able to control what’s happening; the sickie is at the mercy of their sickness now, waiting for the inevitable
they’re dry heaving and retching now, and they can feel each one coming but they can’t do anything about it; their body is lurching forward without their consent, and all they can do is hope relief comes soon, hope that rubbing their tummy or chugging water or anything will help make that happen but all they can do is wait as their body takes over
and then that moment when they finally start to get sick – maybe only a trickle of bile or watery sick comes up or maybe they immediately bring up a long wave of sick, but either way it takes them by surprise; the shift from about to be sick to actively getting sick shocking them, bringing a whole new host of painful sensations and body mechanics that they didn’t ask for and can’t do anything about
just, the way they lose more and more clearheadedness and control over what’s happening with every step is *chef’s kiss*
pre-puke burps that get increasingly wet and eventually turn into burping up puke? or post-puke burps where the stomach is empty but they still feel bloated and sick, and they keep belching unproductively?
Are you trying to kill me? Cause that’s what you’re doing rn.
Tbh I might actually have to go with the latter, the feeling of not being able to find relief even though the worst has passed. But I’m gonna give you a cop out answer here and say I love the inbetween. Like the character has just finished puking, and the awful tasting unproductive belches gradually morph into another round.
Delicious.
for me, it really depends on the context.
with motion sickness or stomach bugs, I like post-puke burps, due to what you said about no relief. I love somebody just weakly drooped over a bucket or trashcan or whatever, burping over and over but only bringing up the occasional mouthful of spit or bile.
but if the sickie is super stuffed or bloated, pre-puke burps are better. especially if they’re not in a good place to puke. like the belches are getting wetter, every burp is making them feel sicker, and they just know the next one is gonna bring something up, but they can’t keep it down.
Don’t get me wrong, I love a character who feels nauseous unexpectedly and makes a mess all over themselves, the floor, the bed, etc. But, I also love a character who feels it coming and spends a long ass time hovered over the toilet, waiting for it to happen while occasionally spitting and/or burping. Bonus points if their knees start to bruise because they’ve been kneeling on a hard floor all night.

okay this is MAYBE not the healthiest scenario and MAYBE i have some deep seated issues that make me into this…. BUT i love when a caregiver doesn’t believe the sickie.
like for example, what if there was an established relationship, and they get into a fight. the sickie has been feeling nauseous and queasy all day, and that’s making them irritable and grumpy.
while they are arguing, the sickie is feeling increasingly worse and finally tells the caregiver. the caregiver just scoffs and rolls their eyes, dismissing the sickies claims and continues arguing.
eventually, the sickie interrupts the argument by letting out a sick burp/hiccup and pukes all over.
the caregiver is immediately apologetic and fluff ensues.
idk guys. it’s just some good shit. if anyone has any fic recs related to this drop it in the chat lmao.
i don’t “make characters”, i break myself into pieces and then give the pieces names

Stuffed Tamaki commission for @trashytummiez~!
Overfull characters that need to situate themselves onto their side, unable to lay on their back due to the slight weight and strain from being so full ❤
Overfull characters who's tummy is too sentitive to be rubbed directly, so the caretaker has to gently hold and support their sides, rubbing their fingers over the crest of the stomach to feel where all the food had heavily settled ❤
In the opposite manner, overfull characters who's tummy is super sensitive from being so full, that it sends blissful waves of pleasure through their stuffed tummy whenever the caretaker's hand circles and gently presses over right where all of the food had settled ❤
Overfull characters who's stomach is strangely quiet, struggling to accomodate extra room to comfortably digest. It becomes clear to the caretaker that their stomach is in clear need of assistance; helping rubs encouraging the digestion process until they're finally able to hear (and feel) some more progressive grumbles ❤
Overfull characters that breathlessly wheeze/groan/sigh when they receive tummy rubs ❤
Just,, overfull tummies ❤❤❤❤

Thinking about vampires with hiccups, blushing and holding their overfull stomachs whenever it audibly sloshes,,💗
I raise to you: stuffing in suspenders.
One thing I’ve been thinking about recently is characters throwing up bent over with their hands braced on their knees. Like, either it came over them really fast and they didn’t have time to kneel in front of the toilet, or they’re outside and so are less likely to kneel, or for whatever reason they just kind of bend over, but they can’t hold themselves up like that while their body is turning itself inside out so they support themselves by putting weight on their knees.
And then, since they’re basically standing, the sick has further to go to hit the ground/toilet, and it’s gonna come out in a very visible stream, and there’s probably gonna be more splash-back and more sound as it lands. Also, their whole body is really going to move with each heave… like very visible heaving in which their whole body convulses.
Plus if they’re really sick, and they’ve been vomiting or struggling to vomit for a bit, they’re going to start wavering on their feet and struggling to stay upright, probably doubling over even more and only nearly avoiding falling in their own sick. Cue caretaker supporting them and helping them kneel down, comforting them as they heave.
That yearning to have a feverish person use you as a pillow…
Hiccups are such a great forewarning. It’s both a sign of what’s next being inevitable, and a display of the person for now being able to choke it back.
Characters whose illness begins as a hiccup or two, acidic in the throat and mildly uncomfortable for a moment when it happens. Maybe what they’ve eaten isn’t sitting right, or maybe they truthfully haven’t eaten all that much and would prefer to believe the former option, hoping it only needs some digestion time to go away.
Characters who are motion sick, dehydrated, and stressed—but don’t want to put any liquid in their stomach. Regardless, a hiccup comes dangerously close to bringing more up afterwards, and puts them over the edge of nausea.
Characters who make noises of disapproval after a hiccup—a tired “ugh,” or a nervous “mmh.”
Felix hiccups so MUCH- when he’s super super nauseated he’ll usually let out a little tired groan after each hiccup.

Give me exhaustion whump...
Give me a poor office worker or student who has been absolutely ran into the ground. Had been flooded with work and deadlines... So they push, fueled by 3 hours of sleep and way too much caffeine for far too many days.
Their stomach and head hurts, they feel like actual hot garbage from all the terrible snack foods and drinks they've been having, they're dizzy and can't focus because their eyes are too worn out. Ugh maybe they're even starting to hallucinate.. Make it so they're so tired... /they can't sleep/ They want to so bad, finally giving in to the heavy tug of exhaustion weighing them down. Fall into bed. Yet.... when they thought they'd be out by the time their head hit the pillow, they're still awake. And as they wait. I get progressively more tired... But sleep never comes..
"I can't.." "I don't wanna throw up" "It won't come up..." "I don't want to puke anymore"
Emeto just hits different when someone is so whimpery and protesting about how they just can't and don't want to throw up , as if they or anyone else with them has any control over the churning in their stomach. x2 if they've been throwing up and pathetically force out how badly they wish it would stop between heaves.
