8 FILMS TO SEE IN MARCH

1. The Hunger Games (Gary Ross; March 23th) RT: N/A Why You Should See It: Based on the best-selling trilogy by Suzanne Collins,The Hunger Games is set to become the next pop-culture phenomenon and one of the most popular fandoms on Tumblr.

2. The Raid (Gareth Evans; March 23rd) RT: 100%  Why You Should See It: Inspired by films like Die Hard and Assault On Precinct 13, the Indonesian  ultra-violent film, winner of the people's choice award at the Toronto International Film Festival,  It's already being proclaimed as the "best action movie of the year".

3. 21 Jump Street (Phil Lord, Chris Miller; March 16th) RT: 100% Why You Should See It: The funniest High School comedy I have seen since Super Bad. Smart, self-aware, packed with jokes and fun action. Don't  be ashamed of wanting to see a Tatum and skinny Jonah movie, this one is actually very, very funny. Keep an eye for a special guest cameo.

4. Friends with Kids (Jennifer Westfeldt; March 9th) RT: 73% Why You Should See It: Featuring half the cast of Bridesmaids. Written, produced, directed by and also starring Jennifer Westfeldt, Friends with Kids promises big laughs and unexpected emotional truths.

John Carter (Andrew Stanton; March 9th) RT: 67 Why You Should See It: After one of the worst marketing campaigns in a long time, Disney's big-budget classic sci-fi adaptation John Carter is finally getting good responses from press and audiences alike.  Pixar's Andrew Stanton (Wall-E, Finding Nemo) jump to live-action is an enjoyable one that might turn into a franchise.
