This wasn't necessarily my cup of tea. I enjoy food, yes, but I'm not in love with food; especially cooking, which I'm on a need-to-do basis, rather than love-to-do.

The first half of the book it's just about food, and more specifically, pasta. Who is cooking it, when to cook which type of pasta, and how does it taste. And of course, loads of recipes. Needless to say, I was bored.

The book started to be more interesting in the other half when the author shared more personal stories from his years in the business—some very funny stories from when he was promoting the movie, Julie & Julia.

This is a book for the foodies, and not for the people that hate to cook, like me (hate is too strong of a word, so maybe somewhat dislikes).
