إذا استعصى عليك ذنبٌ أن تفارقَه فعليك بسبع:

١. اِلْزمِ الدعاء الصادق، واجعله بعد قيام الليل، قبل نومك أو في السحَر.. فبِه تُجدِّدُ العهدَ والتوبة النصوح، وقدّم لذلك بسيّد الاستغفار..

٢. تصدّقَ بعد الذنب بما استطعت، مما تحبّ مما تنفق؛ فبِه يرضى الربّ ويُمحَى الذنب ويطهر القلب..

٣. أدمِن ذكر الله، وبخاصةٍ "لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله" بُثّها من حنايا قلبك مستحضرًا لمعناها وانشُرها في أنحاء يومك وليلتك، وأكثِر منها.. واجعلها ديدن حياتك..

٤. اعتزل المقدّمات والمُثيرات والممهّدات.. فإن شئتَ أن تعتدِل:فعليك أن تعتزِل، والاعتزال معه المشقة ولابد، فعالِجْ نفسك بالصبر والذّكْر، واعلم أن المطالب العالية لاتُنال بضعف الهمة وخوَرِ العزيمة، وإنما بالمُكابدة والمجاهدة والمغالبة الدائمة..

٥. زاحِم الذنب بالصالحات، واستكثِر من الطاعات؛ فإنّ الحسنات يُذهِبنَ السيّئات، ولاتُصخِ للشيطان الذي يقنّطك من رحمة الله ويدفع لأن تحكم على نفسك بالهوان والخُسران، لاتتوقف عن تكثير العمل الصالح مهما كانت خطاياك، فهذا من أبواب النجاة، لاتغلقه وقد فتحه الله لك..

٦. املأ فراغك بما يفيدك ويقويك، واحرِص على ما ينفعُك، وابحث عن صلاح نفسك ودُنياك، واعتدّ بذاتِك وأكرِمها عن الدنيايا، وعزّز ثقتك بالله بحُسن التوكل عليه.. ووازن بين غذاء جسدك وروحك، وكُن قائدَ هذه النفس إلى خلاصها والورود بها على باب الجنة..

٧. تمثّل نظر الله إليك، واستنبتِ الحياء منه في قلبك، وتفكّر في لقاء حبيبك ﷺ كما لو كان حيًّا يعرفك، ويرتقبُ جلوسَك إليه.. أما ترجو لقاءه ﷺ في الجنة؟ إذًا أعِدّ لذلك المُقامِ مَقاما..!
