So as well as boxing 3 times a week I am also using a great little service @wholefoodcebu that delivers two meals a day to my work of healthy, nutritious meals. Here I've got a falafel salad and a California quinoa salad. The meals are really yummy. With working nights it's difficult really to make sure you eat properly so this really helps.
