In this fog-shrouded town of terror, grotesquery, and darkness, Ken encountered the loud former gymnast Tamba, who claimed to be Kazutoshi's friend, and the mysterious masked phantom thief Okazaki... So, where was Kazutoshi? Was he truly in this town... waiting for Ken?
