Earlier in April the prince Mishaal Bin Majid, Jeddah Governor, announced the importance of the nationalization of the job vacancies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Most of the youth generation aged between 22-25 years and from both genders are facing lack of job opportunities that can fit the numbers of them and the ongoing graduating too. 

The increasing of the expats' numbers in the GCC countries has taken a place as the main reason and do so shortage of the skills are required by the job market. 

Skills development and Re-skilling is a “must” in order to cope with the progress of the job market and its inquiries. It’s much needed from a job seeker to always initiate to gain new skills or to improve what is already in existence. 

Entertainment industry is attracting the youth generations among all the provinces of the Kingdom. Cinema and entertainment industry mean persons had a workshop discussing to hook Saudi youth of both genders who is interested to get involved and to influence in the named industry in the Kingdom.

 Challenges and opportunities are a must to be in the way of creating and generating the newly launched sector.

 Experts gave out their opinion that if the industry are expected to be promising the factors to achieve that campaign is mandatory, Training and financing is the most important factors in order to generate the success of the industry.
