Here's the prologue to my upcoming comic, Planned for release later this year. It follows Niccolò Machiavelli during his years as the Secretary of Florence and explores the events that led him to write The Prince. Hope you enjoy it!

La caccia al tordo (The Thrush bird Hunt)

The title is inspired by two episodes from Niccolò Machiavelli’s life: his thrush hunting at Sant’Andrea after losing his government position, and the letter he wrote to Giuliano de’ Medici in which he compared himself to a thrush.

Thank you so much!! I love the Medici family too. Lorenzo actually makes a brief appearance in the Machiavelli comic I’m working on right now. I’d love to draw more of him in the future!

Agrippa and Augustus are two of my favorite characters too! Thanks so much for your message. Once I’m a bit further along with my current project, I’ll definitely draw the Roman characters as well!
