I sometimes I sit in your room and just cry

hesitant to text you, and I wont in the end.

I only have the memory of us playing minecraft on our old xbox, split screen

and you beating me when I was 8.

You never had a nickname like sissy did,

and maybe you never deserved one.

mom doesn't understand what "i wish jackson was here" meant to me that night,

breaking down infront of my friends after trying to act strong,

because that's what you did.

You treat that half sibling like it means were not related,

and I know you never addressed me as your little sister

my heart filled with her quicker than i thought it could

my heart won't puke like my stomach does though
