The whole of MTMTE is fantastic but I will never forget how I felt reading this. I was genuinely so deeply unnerved by it, and I was thinking about it for days afterward. I love horror, and I loved how much horror was in MTMTE (and the franchise in general ngl) but I was so taken aback by how upsetting this issue was. Chef's kiss - with tongue.

Finally caught up I LOVE two characters one body trope especially when the characters don’t get along, it’s genuinely so good for character exploration AND body horror. I loved the last few chapters so much!!

Like I can't really give an exact number of chapters, that's just not really something I think about as I write. I mainly just think about the story in arcs, and the story has 3, plus a planned epilogue. The first arc ended around chapter 14-ish but the second arc is the one we're still currently in. Which, in that case the difference in arc length is immense but whatever LMAO

I would say we're close to the end of arc 2 but I have so much fun stuff planned for it that I don't know how many chapters it'll take to fit it all in. Blanket statement we'll say 5 more to go?? And then we're onto arc 3!

Sooo yeah I will not be surprised if the chapters go into triple digits lol. I would prefer that not to be the case but I like to keep each chapter under 12 pages in length, so, they're honestly pretty short.

tl;dr, I don't know but I wouldn't be surprised if we reach 100 lol

The way we’ve had so many flashbacks and important backstory you know that at some point someone’s gonna have to find out about it, especially that conversation between Arcee and Knockout foreshadowing it.

But holy shit the reason they find out being fit into the plot so well but also being in this rock bottom (are we at the bottom yet?) situation hurts so bad 😭 the writing pays off so well with everything culminating in this moment 🙏
