Funny story about this: On the wiki it said you only lose 20 faith if you bow. So I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. Turns out on a Switch you lose it all. So my reaction was pretty similar to Lambell's. And the fact that I died during the crusade was salt in the wound.
I've reached a state with PLAU and WGAU where there's so much I WANT to draw that I end up drawing nothing.
I've also been more focused on playing those two save files instead of drawing for them. And to be fair to myself, I've gotten to the interesting part of my playthrough where I start looking more at follower personalities and habits. (And where I have to revive like 20+ followers)
I'll probably do some sketches and an art dump later. But for now, a funny clip

What should I do going forward?

More details below.
The current method focuses too much on details that don't matter. And it keeps me from fully fleshing out characters since I'm restricted to 4-6 panels. And from the way the formatting is going...it will take approximately 23 months to finish the main game story. And the post-game has SO MUCH more detail and would drag on much longer.
Writing would mean rewriting all the comics I have planned, but it not only allows me to add more details in characters and behavior, but it keeps my stupid brain busy so I don't keep almost spoiling things-
Also I just love writing. (as you can kinda see...) Especially in a fancy style. And it would allow me to put more quality into the drawings. I could make them colored digital art instead of just sketches. And I could always go back and draw things I may have wanted to. So overall,
Pros: Better quality drawings. More character insights and growth. Quicker publishing speed (most likely).
Cons: Less drawings and visuals. May be less digestible.
And of course I'll still post the comics I already have drawn and ready. I'll most likely make it a slow transition by adding more details below the comic.
I'll finish all of Chapter 2 as the comics normally.
But Chapter 3 will be a mix of comics and writing. So more comics will be posted at once, upping the speed. And I'll have to make less comics because of the stuff that can just be written out.
This may affect the publishing speed...but I'll see how it goes. Because my schedule might end up more freed up by the time I finish Chapter 2.
I've written a bit of Chapter 3 now and the method seems to work.
Made a comic about my fan bishops and how they've met one another. In order of appearance, left to right, it's: Eripas, Sayinu, Freyan, Aruwin and Sheal.
Not sure if it's obvious but the comic works backwards from the last one to join the group to the first.
Sheal totally forgot she threatened Aruwin to join her. Aruwin has not forgotten.
...I think I need to make a masterpost for the Goat's world but here's one for the askbox in the meantime

Now I technically did this reference MUCH before it was relevant, so apologizes if it's a bit smudged.
This one is more focused on Aruwin's details. But they are more intricate compared to the other bishops. Their ears serve as fake eyes that serve very well to intimidate others.
Aruwin [they/them] is the counterpart of Heket. But they are VERY different from one another.
Truth is valued more than ANYTHING in Aruwin's domain. It doesn't matter if you feel bad for what you're saying or not. You'll be punished less if you tell the truth. Lying in Aruwin's presense means death, if not worse.
Aruwin knows the prophecy most likely counts as truth. They feel their and their siblings fate is sealed. But they also know that Eripas and Sheal are not able to handle it. And Freyan has enough mental stress as is, just trying to remember names and faces. So Aruwin stays silent. Now that Eripas has died, Aruwin knows they'll be next, and accepts it.
Aruwin was most likely the closest to Sayinu before he betrayed everyone. As Eripas, Sheal and Freyan fought to find the best and strongest followers, Aruwin and Sayinu both felt they were above that. That is, until Sayinu realize Aruwin is no better. They really just weren't AS focused on it or as obvious about it.
