Purple Turtle

I made a basic home for my sim using flatforms. I haven’t touched the game in a while and I had a lot of fun. I wanted a simple look on the outside (not that I know how to build fancy exteriors) and I loved how the platforms provided exactly that.

The fact that now we can have plain and colorful “roofs” and “foundations” is so amazing! I’m so happy with this update.

This is the entrance where you can hang you coat and remove your shoes (I added the no shoes sign later):

It is also possible to see the dining room, that is kind of inside the kitchen (it’s an open concept). There’s a fence separating the bedrrom.

I’m pretty satisfied with this kitchen, It’s my sim’s favorite place to stay. I basically used parenthood, snowy scape and the bowling benches (those are easily on my top 5 favorite buildbuy items list)

The bedroom is very simple, I didn’t want to put a lot of stuff (I’m actually mediocre at placing clutter)

The tv shelf in the living room already has a bookshelf but I added one more anyway because I like the way it looks together.

After I started playing I changed the sofa. The pink one, even though I wanted an L shape, was too heavy for the style I was aiming for.

I achieved this using moving objects.

This is the house viewed from top (not exactly since you can see I change plenty of stuff. I have terrible continuity, sorry about that. I just went taking pictures as I built and played with it)

The most reliable images are these two, where you can see my sim receiving the welcome wagon and praticing some figure studying.

All of this trouble so when enter in my game it’s all covered in puddle but that’s life hahaha. (And you can also see that I changed the position of the house in the lot, so the when the sim teleports home they arrive at the front door. Sorry guys, I should have done an editing of my pics but I have no idea how to do this)

Rebecca made it easily for the first two years of university, she managed get in the Dean’s list twice in a row!!! 

She’s very dedicated to her studies (also the girl above is her crush)

 Most importantly, she never forgets separate time for her friends and to have some fun!

Well, this is Rebecca, she recently enrolled in La Fiesta Tech University.

Her sign is Pisces (don’t ask me, I never know how signs reflects on people), she seems tough but she’s really nerdy and sweet. She’s serious most of the time, but she loves to dance and play chess with her friends.

Rebecca dreams of working as an architect, in order to fulfill her dream of becoming a great city planner. She’s working superhard on university, in the Mathematics Major, to achieve her dream, and also making lots of friends on the way.

Hey, how’s everybody??

I isolated myself since March 17th, working from home in the morning and balancing the rest of my day between taking care of my grandfather, spending some time with my family and taking some rest and time for myself.

I haven’t been playing Sims 4 much, that’s why I haven’t been sharing anything about it. Instead I’ve been playing a lot of Skyrim, The Sims 2 and watching Hunter x Hunter every night with my boyfriend through phone call (also Rupaul’s Drag Race every saturday halleloo 🙌🏼).

Since I’m playing a lot of Sims 2, I thought that maybe I could share some stuff here once in a while. I hope it’ll help create distraction for anyone who might need it.

How about you guys? How are you dealing with all of this? What do you want to do when this is over?

Hey everyone, it’s been a while. I realized I never showed Amy’s place here.  ignore the mud puddles   

It’s a legitimate micro-home, and it took me a lot of time to figure everything out. I’m not a great builder or anything, so I really think it’s cute and functional. I was build to serve as home sweet home for Amy and her cat Lily.

Look at this bathroom! It’s 2x2!!!

Hopefully I’ll show some gameplay too in the future. The save is almost intact since I created Amy, I’ve been kinda busy since then playing skyrim like crazy as I recover from a flu and a twisted ankle.
