Having internalized fatphobia is insane like I have so much appreciation for chubby people and I would never ever judge anyone else based on their body and appearance and fat ppl are amazing I love yall but when it comes to me specificlally suddenly me having an average body type and having a huge appetite makes me an unloveable disgusting being and I need to lose weight but I would never suggest losing weight to anyone ever and I never follow the advice I make to others 😭😭

How come I’ve gained so much weight?? I’ve recently noticed how fucking fat I actually am like holy shit!! I have a huge appetite and I get hungry easily and I love yummy food so this sucks. Whenever i try to start eating less I always fall back and overeat. It’s not like I wanna stop eating completely I literally cant go a day without sweets. I can pretend looks don’t matter as much as I want but it won’t fix the fact that I’m fucking ugly and that if I wasn’t ugly and fat people would like me more and pretty privelege is very real. Being a person and having a body and being a human sucks ass!!!!! I could just be an anime girl and exist as a concept or something, but I just had to be made into this disgusting form and have to eat food and see myself in the mirror every day and see all the ugliness in the world. There’s something so disgusting and nauseating about being real and human and everything about me just makes me sick. I hate the real world so much!! I don’t want to die either,, so I’m stuck here for eternity almost

Whenever I’m wearing cute clothes, I can’t help but think they would look so much better on a pretty girl instead of whatever I am. The cuteness of the clothes also makes my ugliness stand out. They say when a person is ugly on the inside, it shows on the outside, so makes sense why I’m so hideous. I mean, you can’t get plastic surgery on your soul anyway…
