-If your partner/interest requires you to change, ask yourself if it’s worth it.

-Know the risks of what you’re doing.

-Set boundaries and don’t be afraid to say NO.

-Kink-shaming accomplishes nothing.

-Social media is not real life and magnifies things to ridiculous proportions. Nothing is as it seems.

-If you are in an abusive relationship, reach out. There are plenty of people who want to help.

-Each relationship is different, but none should lead to death.

-Power exchange relationships are about mutual love, respect and consent.

-Predators are all over this community, please be careful.

-Be yourself, experience what you can, mold your body into something that YOU’RE proud of.
