i worry a lot that my friends won’t like me as much because i love a lot of childish things and generally act like a kid a lot of the time, but today i hung out with my friend and pitched jurassic park to watch and instead she suggested we watch the madagascar movies. i’m in a safe place.

ok i reallllyyyyyy don’t wanna jinx this so everybody cross your fingers and think really really hard about not jinxing this. but i slept so much better the past two nights and i think maybe my meds were not the thing helping me sleep. it was bobs burgers.

person with the equivalent of an acme anvil hanging over their head in midair, trembling and threatening to drop at any moment: it’s such a cool feature of my brain that if i’m feeling too sad or angry or even happy that it just goes away after a minute! i’m so much more able to deal with these feelings logically, i must be doing great.

when my unpaid time off request (not even, it’s coming in late in the morning bc of an appt) gets denied and now i have to go through a humiliation ritual of explaining my illness again and maybe get a write up. because im going whether its approved or not sooooo!

“well i’m a little stressed but it’s okay, i don’t have that much stuff to do, and only a few things require a lot of steps” and then my roommate says she’s moving out in 2 weeks. something that requires so many steps is finding a new roommate.
