“We were just starting to really get to know each other and now he’s gone and it feels so unfair.” Buzz ground his teeth together and clenched his jaw as fingers brushed away tears. He’d just seen Salem the other day, the two of them joked around and now he was dead. “It’s so unfair.” He embraced Bruno, his arms wrapping around him as he pressed his face up against his chest. Wiping his nose he pulled back enough to look at Bruno’s shirt, it had wet spots on it from where his face had been. “I’m sorry I got boogers on your shirt.” 

Bruno listened as Buzz confided in him his reasons for being so torn up about the situation, and he had every right to feel that way; everyone had the right to deal with grief the way they wanted to. Heart wrenching when the curly headed male muttered about things being unfair- he remembered that was the same thing he had said before leaving home. "It's alright, lieben. We all have those, too." Moving one of his hands away from rubbing his back to thumb underneath his nose and then using his first finger to lift his chin so that Buzz would look at him. "Things happen and we do not understand, but life is cruel in that sense. I think your friend is still with you, yes? In here." Drawing his hand that was on his chin to his chest, he tapped it gently with a nod, "Always in here. No need to be very sad." 

He sniffed back tears as he buried his face in his hands. “It’s just so stupid and unfair and I don’t know how to stop being sad, I feel so sad.” Wiping his nose he looked at Bruno and nodded. “A hug would be nice.” 

"Sometimes life is not very kind to many people, and you do not need to feel anything but how you do at this second." Bruno let out a soft sigh as he met the boy's gaze, hating the fact that his brown eyes were full of tears. Opening his arms to pull him into his chest, Bruno gently rubbed his back and spoke quietly, "You have the right to feel everything you do, no matter what others say. Life is very ridiculous and not nice. You may cry as much as you need to, to grieve, and I do not mind if you do on this shirt," Glancing down at him with a crooked, pursed smile, Bruno sighed softly, "It is not my favourite." 

“No, I’m not alright.. a friend of mine is dead.” 

“Oh dear... Oh no, Buzz, I am so... so sorry. Sorry is not very good because it does not help the hurt but I am here for you. Is there any way for I to comfort you at this moment? A hug? My puppy, maybe?” 

“I can’t believe this.. I feel like I’m gonna be fuckin’ sick.”

“What has happened? Are you alright?”
