I’ve been watching Animal Kingdom and it has sent me spiralling and still does make me spiral. I can’t form concrete opinions on al those boys and I could write five separate essays on them. This is my first offering to them.

I need to look at shapes but these boards are representations of them, at least to me.

the way you’ll all be watching a movie in the living room and jack is the first to notice you drifting off, your face tucked into his side. “you tired, bunny? looks like it’s our girl’s bedtime,” he’d coo, cupping the side of your face with his palm. robby would take the hint and turn the tv off, helping jack lead you into the bedroom and getting you tucked under the covers.

the thought of robby nestled behind you with his large palm draped over your belly, the warmth slowly lulling you to sleep. his body engulfing yours like a blanket, providing a warm comfort in the chill of your shared room.

meanwhile jack’s facing you, lightly stroking your cheek with his thumb as he whispers to you how beautiful u are, how safe they’ll keep you while you sleep. he’ll move his hand downwards to rest on your waist while you drape your leg over his body, your eyes getting droopier by the second. “that’s it, sweet girl, don’t worry. we’ve got you. i promise.”
