Someone has probably theorized this already but it doesn’t have to be that the black parade in 2025 is the black parade in 2006 brought back to life. They all got killed and/or dragged offstage at the end of the show yesterday. They appear to the patient when he *dies*. The black parade - killed for resisting a dictator they were hired to perform for, replaying their role as a band in the afterlife that we see from the wttbp video for who knows how long. They’re stuck in their role, and to get out of it, they do what they did to attempt to get out of it while they were alive - burn it all down, and that’s what we see in the famous last words video. The patient’s memory of going to the parade as a young boy was him seeing the black parade perform for the dictator. He was there when they tried to break out of their role & got executed/taken for their troubles. He lived through the ensuing war. What if his cancer was caused by nuclear radiation?
basically what I’m saying is that the patient lived in the time between yesterday’s events and the transformation of DRAAG into BL/IND & the formation of the zones.
