No one ever took away this or any other "their baby" from Nick. Question was strict - "our baby". So does Nick considers Diana his own kid now? Or is this boy actually their second son while firstborn remains stolen by the wicked witch of the west?

In case of properly used "ME" there wouldn't be any "this time" part. Like a statement of a father that won't let anyone take away his son: the royals, his ex-girlfriend or even his own mom. But it's more than obvious that the accurate phrase from the script is "from YOU this time" and that's why people use it in subtitles - according to such an insignificant thing as common sense.
