I must remember that I'm beautiful regardless of the weight on the scale and that I can lose weight yet again. I don't want to fall into that dark hole of self hatred

I've gained so much weight these past 3 sucky years. Everyday I think about my unwanted fat and feel fat n ugly. Yet I don't focus on eating vegetables n hitting a gym. I got to though cuz shopping for clothes sucks

So last month I says I need to budget and do my own hair. I'm sitting at bobbies waiting for my turn. I love having cool hair so fuck it I'll Budget elsewhere.
