Motivation has been especially low recently. I had to be out of the gym for a week because I was sick. I went back this week, but have found it hard to make my way over to the gym. I feel as if I work out and nothing is happening. My diet hasn’t always been the best, but I try. So why aren’t I seeing the changes that I want to see?

Protein shake??? help!!
I have a question! I'm trying to lose weight. Is it unhealthy for me to have a protein shake as breakfast?? I've been thinking of buying protein, I just don't know if it's a good idea to have one as a meal replacement. Help!!

Alright, I'm coming in with some realness today. These are my pictures taken this morning. Feb 2, 2017 at 10 AM. The only thing I've had is a cup of coffee. (Note to self: feet are one tile width apart). Weighing in at 157 lbs. I'm posting these for accountability and to be able to look at my progress through pictures. Next updated pictures will be March 2. I'm not happy with the way I look and I need to change that.

Tuesday check-in
So I thought I’d write about how I’m feeling today. I haven’t been to the gym in 3 days. I’m attributing it to laziness but I also it has to do with the fact that I’ve been eating like shit. I’ve been binge eating 😩 I just finished eating a bag of hot Cheetos. Sometimes, I feel like I have no self control and I hate that. I do think it has had to do with stress as well. I’ve been thinking about what university I want to go to. I need to go back to school and decided I was either staying in Arizona or moving to California. I was V excited for California only to find out applications have closed for both universities I was interested in. It sucks. But its alright, I have learned to believe that God will put me where I need to be. Alright that’s it for tonight. I’ll try to get before current pictures tomorrow (if I remember). Good night lovies ❤
