Protective Friend Pisces

"Ahhh,….I actually am." But not in a way anyone could really help him. This school was so much different than the one he knew. Not only that, but he was so far away from home with no idea on how he was going to get back….how did one go back to antoher universe. A las. He turned to Ran. Hm….a frown came slowly onto his face. She looked very familiar, but a name couldn’t come to his memory. “It seems I’ve abandonedthe correct path to my destination." Okay so that was awful. One of the worst puns he’s ever done

Ran raised an eyebrow at the weird pun. Ran wondered what Kijima could mean on that pun. She would have to ask him about it later, but for now she needed to know if he needed anything. "Do you need a map? I think there might be one somewhere on campus."

Ran was watching the club from her view point at the table. She smiled as they all got along. When she turned to Yuuki something was wrong. Getting up from her spot Ran went to see if Yuuki was alright. Ran placed a hand on Yuuki's shoulder and shook her a bit trying to call out to her. "Yuuki-sempai? Yuuki-sempai?"

“I make no secret of my other life, Ran.” Itsuki holds up her Heart Perfume. “I’m a Precure. A magical girl. I thought all this time that I was special. That I had been chosen because I had a good heart. But I just discovered that the Precure who started the legacy of my team…” She sighs, trying not to cry. “…is my ancestor. So, I’m left to wonder. Did anything I do matter? Or was it all fated to happen and I was just a pawn of genetics?”

Ran puts a hand on Itsuki’s shoulder. “Just because you have an ancestor that is a precure doesn’t mean what you did for Earth doesn’t matter. Having the ability to protect Earth is a huge thing to do. Family or not. Your action now have nothing to do with your ancestor.”

“I’m just having a hard time believing that, Ran. Please understand, I know you and everyone else means well, but for me, it’s not so easy to accept.”

"It must be really hard to believe in yourself again." Ran smiles "But just know that even if you are having a hard time. Gentaro and the others will try and help with the problem. Even if does involve Family issues."

She stops, falling back for a bit. “Am I that transparent, Ran?” Itsuki moves over to a metal bench and stretches against it. “I have to admit, I’m not 100 perecent, because I’m starting to doubt who I am. I don’t want to, but I do.”

“I can see.” Ran sighs and head over to sit next to Itsuki. “Why are you doubting yourself Itsuki? Normally you are giving it your all when it comes to sparring or fighting.”

“I met someone. Someone who I idolize, someone who started the fight that I and my team finished. And when she spoke to me, it completely shattered my view of the world. Everything I thought I knew was wrong.”

Ran just listened for a minute to process. "How is everything you know wrong? How can one person change your thought that much?"

Ran was practicing some of her Aikido moves when she heard the door open. Feeling someone from the club she just continued. As she heard her name called she turned and while in mid-strike. “Sure. Hope you can keep up!”

Itsuki takes a position opposite Ran, and bows to her opponent. Maybe this is what she needs to focus. But in that moment of distraction, she lets her guard down.

Ran stops her punch before it could do any real damage while Itsuki was bowing. Ran lowered her fist and bowed as well. After bowing Ran got into a fighting stance. “Come at me when you’re ready”

Itsuki tries to get Ran in a grapple, but her heart’s not in it. Her grip is weak and easily broke.

Ran easily gets out of Itsuki's hold and puts Itsuki in her own hold. "Why is your heart not in the fight Itsuki?" Ran was curious as to why her friend and club mate wasn't giving it her all.

“Um…” Haru paused for a moment, rubbing the back of his head.  ”Not exactly…What I said was a suggestion…but I was going to ask you out to dinner after school…doesn’t have to be today but it could be tomorrow let’s say….” he gave, nervous.

“I would love too Haru-kun” Ran smiles and kissies his cheek “Also that is asking me out on a date”

Haru blushes and kisses her on the cheek after she’d done the same.  ”Yes….our first one.   It’ll be memorable.”

“That would be great. Where do you want to go?”

Ran smiled "That's a great idea Haru. I do want to try Fuuto's ramen. I also want to see the view over Fuuto"
