Yeah, afraid I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that... I was on the fence for the longest time. I felt like the Yes campaign was rooted in a nationalism I didn't feel. My dad is northern irish, my mum is from Glasgow and I grew up in the North of England...the only part missing from the UK in my upbringing was Wales! However, as time went on and I managed to separate the party politics, and looked at as much neutral material as I could, I couldn't help but get swept up in the amazing grassroots activism and ethic that was going on in the Yes campaign. Add to that the betrayal I felt when I voted for the Lib Dems in the general election only to be sold out to the Tories. Sometimes Scotland makes me really proud. Not because I'm Scottish but cause of all the people from all over the world and from different paths that have been happy to call this odd wee country home. So I would be silly not to look at all the ways that we're going to be better off, and the future will be brighter for everyone, wouldn't I? Isn't this a genuine opportunity to see democracy in action, for the good of the people? I'm off the fence. Vote Yes! #voteyes #yes

Trying to shed some body fat from bulking up and get lean but bigger. 80 mins of cardio plus a normal workout each day, on pretty low calories regularly. Tough stuff.
