May I ask out of curiosity why you don't draw birth?
Anyways your stuff is amazing, I absolutely love it
thank you for the compliment!
since i only use tumblr on mobile i have no idea how old this ask is and also if people will even see this cause i'm basically inactive on here. but i went through my asks just now and thought why not answer so here we go
it's just not something i'm into. the act of giving birth to a child to me doesn't have any eroticism to it. it can be terrifying and traumatizing or amazing and wondrous when i imagine it. usually i just imagine it as painful and exhausting and that's also not something that's inherently erotic to me (anymore), and neither are all of the bodily fluids that are involved. somehow, the child involved makes all of it more real and gritty to me. (also the fact that the child is kind of directly involved in the scenario, that kind of destroys my vibe)
with eggs (at least in the past, my tastes have changed since my ovipos days) it was a little different. more manageable (smaller doses of birth if you will) and removed from reality without most of my own associations.
with pregnancy itself i can focus on the aspects that i find erotic about it while staying blissfully ignorant of everything that isn't, at least in my art haha (not drawing any fluids i don't like, the kid is literally out of the picture, belly round, the implication of past breeding and being fertile etc etc). but that's just me, there are enough people who have the same feelings about pregnancy that i have about birth, so to each their own.
