As a super-human, she does not posses inhuman abilities such as duplication or flight. Most of her modifications are only slightly better than than that of an above average human.

Because of her healing factor, perhaps the most telling thing about her, the concept of death becomes problematic. While she can die and more than likely would in the event of an explosion or removal of limbs, things such as bullets will only leave a temporary scarring effect. She can still feel pain and is in no way immortal nor indestructible.

Healing: Ability to heal rapidly and with greater finality from injury. As a result,  slowing of aging and immunity to illnesses and other defects.

Endurance: Ability to have a higher resistance to one or more forms of damage before being injured as well as the ability to exert oneself in an activity indefinitely without becoming tired and/or survive for long periods of time without consumption or water.

Speed: The ability to move at a higher acceleration than the average human being. Again, though she can move quickly, it isn’t in any way comparable to say, Clark Kent (Superman). She is clearly visible when moving as it only just exceeds that of an above average human.

1984: Captain Rodrick Dalton of the British army is stationed in India.

1986: Rodrick and Emily Dalton give birth to a child, Sasha Dalton.

1988: Rodrick and Emily Dalton have two more children, twins Mary and Joseph Dalton.

1991: Mr. and Mrs. Dalton get into a car accident on the way to a gala. They’re removed from life support within a month of the collision.

1991: Mary, Joseph and Sasha Dalton are put up for adoption. The twins are adopted by the end of the third week.

1992: Sasha is taken in by an older gentleman by the name of Samir Desai, a scientist working for a private organization known as The Hive. She undergoes intense experimentation and is given the name Program 426. By age 16 Sasha has developed superhuman abilities as a result of her programming.

2002: By 2002 Project Morpheus has lost its head benefactor and can no longer fund itself. The project is collapsed and all but one program is terminated.

2002: Within two weeks of her escape from The Hive, Sasha is found unconscious in Bengal, India. For the first 24 hours she has no recollection of who she is. Upon regaining her memory, Sasha continues to the play the part of a clueless child.

2002: Sasha is taken in by the Kapul family and is given the name Zara. Her adoptive father, Hans Kapul, is the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs for India. She also gains a new mother, Sahasra Kapul (whose only job is to resemble a pretty wall ornament), and a brother, Riju Kapul.

2002-2008: Despite her frequent night terrors, Zara manages to live a fairly quiet life alongside her immediate family. Unfortunately, she didn’t run far enough. Members of The Hive are hot on her trail and to ensure the safety of the Kapuls, Zara leaves India.
