*as a disclaimer to my non Americans, 'puppy chow' is NOT genuine dog food. Its chex cereal coated in chocolate, peanut butter, things like that.
Very creative with treats! I think she'd LOVE making puppy chow*, and sets aside a bowl for herself! I think she'd love scrolling online for different recipies and ideas, and loves to jot down things that you like/dont like, things that worked together, ect. I think in general she prefers snacks over meals, so having an easy one you both enjoy is a major help for her.
Is not very active, sorry. If you want to run around, she'll watch you from outside, but she likes to stay indoors. She will do it if you ask enough, though. I think she would be more nervous of outside, open areas post re9, so she really would want to avoid it. If you are genuinely sad over it, she will do her best to take small steps, so that one day she can actually play with you.
She has loads of money, so she can get toys, beds, accessories, and things like that! If you want something, just ask her! She usually has something she wants anyway, so she waits until theres a few items you want/need, and then orders it. If she knows this is something you deeply want, you might even find it wrapped on your bed!
Very touchy. Loves petting you, holding you, and especially loves you in her lap! She loves when you lay on her lap while shes on her laptop, and will scroll through social media, streaming sites, stores, ect. You have in fact fallen asleep like that many times, and she always wakes up panicked because her laptop is low battery, if not outright dead. She will in fact do it again though.
Even if you're not a typical dog, she feels safer with you. She is still processing all thats happened, and having a companion helps a lot with her anxiety and stress. It definitely took her a bit to get used to having another person near her after her mom, but she feels more grounded knowing that she isnt alone, and doesn't like going out in public without you nearby.
Dare I say agoraphobic? Or at least has some form of extreme social anxiety/ocd, something like that. She was already someone very nervous and stuttery, so after getting abducted and forced to watch her mom die, I think she would have become a total recluse if it werent for you. I think she would have a large amount of compulsions, primarily checking/looking if someone is nearby or if something is in the house.
I think she would love the idea of putting a collar on you! She'd love to have loads for special occasions or because they look pretty, with loads of little charms or accessories! I think shed even get matching ones to put on her clothes/items. If you ask to do arts and crafts with her shed be over the moon.
Despite everything, she is very quick witted and tries to find solutions. If you're hungry, immediately off to the kitchen! Bored? Immediately setting up puzzles and or a play area. She hates seeing you in a negative mood, so she tries to have things already set up/almost done preemptively, she takes her job as an owner seriously! She also might try other ways to help to see which one works best. Its all trial and error.
She does stuff her mom did with her as a kid. She loves humming soft lullabies while playing with your hair (fur?), and it really depends on who will fall asleep first. Sometimes, she does something that reminds her a bit too much, which can lead to her needing to step away to calm down. But she loves keeping her moms memory alive in small ways.
Overall, an anxious, but diligent owner. She does care very much about you, but she is still struggling a lot, and has nightmares, anxiety attacks, and trauma that needs to be worked through. A dog by her side is exactly what she needs! And if you were ever struggling, especially like her, she would do her best to power through.
