i can’t stress how important it is to try your best to be present with where you are, who’s in your life and the version of yourself you’re in — things can change at any second and life moves faster than you think. that heart break you didn’t think you’d get over, heals before you know it. the times you always have your head down working can make you miss out on celebrating meaningful wins. those big things you lose sleep over, they become smaller and you don’t lose sleep over them forever.
