I think she emphasizes that this conflict is two-sided too much when there is clearly one side with far more power and more hostility and has committed more acts of violence. So she could’ve been more careful there.

But the rest seems fine. It’s just a plea for peace. She doesn’t want either side to suffer. Why is that bad?

Upon close examination of her words, it seems that she wants there to be a state of Israel (my guess is she favors a two state solution).

So is she canceled because she wants a two state solution? Because she wants there to be a state of Israel? That doesn’t mean she doesn’t want a regime change or Zionism (the kind that determines that Palestine shouldn’t exist at all) to continue.

And I guess we’re at a point where a lot of people don’t think Israel should exist at all even if there is a regime change and two state solution is found. And I don’t know how I feel about that. That makes me uncomfortable.

It’s not really for me to say but I think Jews deserve self-determination, and if Israelis decide they want to live in the Levent and can do so peacefully then they should

Educate yourself. You can be anti-zionist and be an ally to the Jewish community. Palestine need your help. Raise awareness. Please.

Anti-Semitic crimes are on the rise, not just in the US but elsewhere as well. Don't let your empathy and support for Palestine turn into hatred and attacks on the Jews. The Jewish people as a whole are no more responsible for what the GOVERNMENT of Israel is doing than the average American is responsible for every reprehensible thing our government has done over the decades in other countries and to other countries.

Not all women or people with periods are going to be able to spend $30 on 4 pads and that’s fine. Not everyone is going to find reusable pads comfortable. And reusable pads may not suit a particularly heavy flow. Some people’s lifestyles may not be suitable for reusable pads because they may not have time to wash their pads. Like, if I bought that $30 4-pack, even if I only changed my pad once or twice a day, depending on my flow, I’m still gonna end up doing laundry every two days during my period. It just doesn’t work for some people who already have too much on their plate.

Also, these kinds of sustainable period products are costly. So if you were to invest in one and it turns out it doesn’t work with your flow or whatever, you just threw out $30+ on something you can’t ever use again.
