As requested, I’ve gotten together a giant list of healthy recipes for little snacks/meals~ a lot of these are “grown up” recipes but I’ll let you know how to modify them into perfect little treats! All of these are tested to be delicious by me~
❤ Healthy mac and cheese!! I actually like this better than normal boxed mac and cheese too 😁
🧡 Healthier chicken nuggets! I really love how soft and non-processed these are! Though I’d recommend adding a little extra seasoning to the chicken, I like some garlic powder, salt, and pepper in mine.
💛 I haven’t met a little yet who doesn’t love French fries! Sweet potato fries are a great healthy alternative! I season mine with a little garlic powder, and seasoning salt.
💚 Kale pops! These are nice cause you cant even taste the veggies! Plus you can buy all sorts of fun popsicle molds! You can also make these with fresh fruit and yogurt, or a fruit juice of choice!
💙 This isnt a recipe, but straight up frozen fruits are a tasty summer treat! Just pull em out of the freezer and eat up! Store bought frozen fruit is the perfect size for baby forks!
💜 Celery with a little bit of peanut butter and a row of raisins (or chocolate chips!) Little ants on a log!
❤ Nice cream is super tasty, and better for you than the store stuff! You can also do the same with other frozen fruits to make sorbet (Just add a touch less sugar, or a sugar replacement) You can also make milkshakes this way!
🧡 Cheeze-its/goldfishies without the preservatives! Cut them into cute shapes and enjoy!
💛 A healthy ranch dressing alternative! It’s super duper tasty! Perfect for baby carrots!
💚 I love fruit dips! They’re messy and tasty. Here’s a peanut butter one (This ones good for carrots and celery too!) And some yogurt ones!
💙 I like ham, cheese, and crackers in fun shapes, here’s some cute cutters! Or just get a skillful cg to cut em cute for you!
💜 Cauliflower crust pizza! Who woulda thought that cauliflower could be so yummy? Mold your pizza into whatever shape you like, then you can decorate it with all sorts of toppings! You could even make a face 😋
❤ Baby puffs! These ones have veggies, but as it says you can change it to any flavour by adding the fruit you want.
🧡 Rainbow risotto! I honestly didn’t think I’d like this one, but its colourful and super tasty too.
💛 Last but not least, little foods are all about plating. Here’s silly face toast, fruit flowers, fruit cars (All good with fruit dip!), funny face pizza (which you can use with the cauliflower crust!), and cute veggie plates ( Great with the ranch dressing!)
I’ll admit some of these aren’t totalllyyy healthy, but they’re better for you alternatives! This isn’t quite all I have, but these are my favourites~ eat up cuties! 💕
