Odd - Milan, Italy
Italy's top city for fashion and the arts is perfect for this creative boy. He makes being from Milan half his personality at Kadic. (The runner-up option was Florence for its art scene too, but it didn't feel quite dramatic enough.)
Jeremie - Rouen, France
Rouen is a historic city in Normandy, and the name Belpois is common in the northeast. It feels just metropolitan enough to give Jeremie his sophisticated personality, but he grows up in a nice semi-rural home with a small garden and a few animals.
Ulrich - Strasbourg, France
The group's resident Little German Boy comes from the regional capital of France's historically Franco-German region. He and his family moved to Paris several years ago, but his Alsatian accent slips out when he least expects it.
Aelita - Fairfax, Virginia, with Swiss citizenship
Sophie Decroisette confirmed that Aelita was born in the US. There were a lot of good options for a man of Franz Hopper's capabilities, but I went with Fairfax since it's close to DC and a lot of the work Franz could have done in the 80s.
