in their ims asking them to get me to unblock and guilting me over it. then when that friend blocked him, he went to a mutual friend of ours and asked THEM to talk to us. shortly after this happened he left, so we were lucky enough not to have to deal with him trying to get to us long term. when he came back, i felt panicked and afraid of being on my blogs bc i was scared of him finding me again. i'm lucky i didn't have to deal with the worst of him, but i'm glad this blog posted again

prince ruffles always went out of his way to try and force a romance b/t our characters even though i'd already stated it would be wildly ooc for my muse to take any interest in his but bc i was too scared to cut him off, i went along w it for a while before trying to ignore his ims and create distance between us. he got clingier & clingier and his attempts to interact got more & more sexual (i'm 20+). when i blocked him, he went to a friend of mine and started having a "panic attack" in (1/2)

I will say one thing:
Contrary to what you all may think, I have no intention to attack Mantis and never have. The point of this blog is not to attack Mantis, but to make his terrible actions public and serve as a warning if he comes back in the future.
He cannot continue to weasle his way back into his victims lives, expecting them to take him back with open arms and then continue to repeat the very same actions that got him called out in the first place. He has gotten away scotch-free because "he is a minor" for far too long. Fortunately, when April comes around and he does come back after his 18th birthday, he and his defenders will be unable to hide behind the "he's just a kid!" Excuse whenever he does something horrible.
Here is to hoping that Mantis truly grows this time and truly understands the weight of his actions. Here is to hoping that he actually does learn and try to change instead of deceiving everyone so he can actively try to hurt people again under the guise that "I'm changing and it's hard!"
I, personally, have my doubts that Mantis can change at this point, but who knows. I'd love to be proven wrong.
oh shoot, I'm the part one anon ahh it was basically saying in summary that I was 22 on my old blog that they interacted with and, despite me telling them no, they'd still respond to all my sexcanon stuff on my muses despite it making me uncomfortable. but let's hope they stay away for a long while and fix themselves.

Hello, I believe the first part of this testimony was lost to the void.Regardless, I understand how you feel, because I and other people have had similar experiences: him messaging over and over even when we don't respond. In my case I was often too scared to tell him to stop, since I did not want to start trouble (and he threw pity parties whenever someone out him in his place.)I hope everything is going well for you now.

You're right, some of these receipts ARE old. However, they were provided so that context could be provided for the most recent sexual harassment incident that happened just over a month prior to the callout (possibly more recent than that, I would need to recheck the exact dates, but I know for sure it happened in late February of 2018).Even if they are old, he can still be held accountable for things he's done in the past, ESPECIALLY if he has made no effort to change or improve himself. The fact that he is still trying to guilt others into RPing smut with him (despite being underage) and still tries to make himself a victim when confronted with genuine concerns that he has been told/called out for MULTIPLE TIMES proves he has not changed at all.If being sexually harassed, accusing someone of pedophilia despite having no evidence, trying to get back in touch with people who have tried to get away from him and trying to make himself the victim and paint someone out to be the bad guy when they tell him to stop is "weak shit", then I'm sorry, but you desperately need to sort out your priorities. P.S. "Going on 18" is still underage. It doesn't matter if he's turning 18 tomorrow, or in the next hour or so. Until he is officially 18 years old, he is still underage and should not be trying to coerce others into NSFW roleplays.
this person frustrated me alot, they would constantly attempt to forge nsfw roleplays with my muse where it made not much sense for my muses situation & his over-all demeanour, they would message me again & again asking me when i was going to send in nsfw asks & in the end i just ended up ignoring them because it turned me off of writing. Im glad im not the only one who has experienced this.
I'm glad that you were brave enough to speak up about this. To be honest, knowing that Ruffles has so many victims and people that are aware of his toxic behavior makes me sick.

Mantis treated me like shit. Super clingy, super needy. It was odd, but meant a lot to someone as lonely as me. We were the same age ( 16 or so ), so I didnt think a lot of stuff was weird. He wanted to talk smut, I told him I would b/c I felt like I needed to keep him around. My one condition was I needed development before we did it, and he literally just stopped speaking to me all together. It fucking sucked.
That sounds about on par with Mantis' behavior. You definitely aren't the only one, and hopefully you can feel safer knowing he's deleted his blogs. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'll be here.
i just wanted to share my testimony. ruffles randomly added me on skype one day (found it on one of my inactive blogs) and instantly latched onto my oc and tried to ship and was weirdly affectionate to me even though i had just gotten out of a bad relationship and wasn't comfortable with affection at all at the time. i told them multiple times and they never stopped. they would also talk about how much they wanted to get fucked irl and all kinds of nsfw stuff, i was 18 & they were 16ish.
I apologize that you had to go through that. You definitely aren't alone, and I'm glad you were brave enough to speak up about this. What he's doing is not okay, and seeing people try to excuse this behavior is really upsetting.

It’s sad, we were fully and completely ready to retire this blog and keep it as an archive, but, as fate would have it, Ruffles has seemed to show that once again, he has not changed at all.
We were hoping it wouldn’t come to this, but if this is the only way that the severity of his actions will truly be understood, then so be it.

just a curious question, which mods are active?
none of them. we all have personal lives, which is prioritized. and some of us left the rp community so this issue isn’t something of importance to us anymore. but this blog is still up because people would like to know of any activity of prince ruffles’ to avoid interacting with him, whether they are a victim of him or not. this blog is solely based on submissions, if there is none, we are not active.
Mantis is not trying to do anything now, he just wants to roleplay and write. Can't you just leave him alone?
we haven’t done anything to him as of now, nor do any of us have the motive to pick on him since he hasn’t done wrong as far as us mods can see. but that does not excuse the fact there are still people who don’t want to interact with him and/or don’t excuse the fact he is/was still an abuser to some. i get the fact it’s 2017, and everyone needs to change for the better. and that’s understandable. ruffles can do good and change all he wants, but the people he’s hurt are still scarred from his actions. some may forgive him, some still don’t. and there’s nothing wrong with that.
