Prince Gray

“Not sure if I could cause your head to be taken off to escort another villager.” He smiled in return but let his head tilt in curiosity. “If I was a slave, I would understand your fears but I won’t like, I would attempt such a thing.” His lips pursed in a teasing manner before he turned to the direction he came and scratched his head. “I’d say you have some power as a village, no?”

Prince blinked before shaking his head. “My apologizes...For some reason I mistook you as a slave.” Prince said with a chuckle. “And you have some...Although that doesn’t mean it’s very much. I feel like a villager is basically a staff member for a town instead of the castle.” Prince said with a shrug of his shoulders.

The genuine concern was comforting but it didn’t pause his headache yet he managed to give the other a smile. “Just a small headache, nothing to concern yourself with.” He attempted to reassure but he looked behind him, as if the exit was that way regardless he’d just come from that direction. “I would appreciate the front door, if you could lead me to it?” He asked, pushing his hands into his pockets.

“I would if I didn’t like my head attached to my neck,” Prince said with a small shake of his head. “I’m afraid that the consequences for me doing such a thing would definitely be rather...Severe. I’m just a villager, you see.” Prince explained as he looked at the other. “No real power like some of the other people who roam these walls.” 

He’d gotten a migraine. Not unusual for what his abilities demanded of him but this one was a bit harsher than normal. Of course wondering the halls of the castle when he didn’t know his way had that effect when he could feel the harsh reality of Krovs. So many souls desperate for attention and release of their pain where others demanded justice. The back and forth pull over what was morally right and wrong seemed to hit from every angle. Sheer frustration gritted his teeth but he took a deep breath and attempted to focus on just one. That was when he felt the individual near him. “Sorry to bother you but do you know the way out of here? I’m a bit lost.” @krovscastlestarters​

Prince blinked as he heard the other man’s words. The fae looked at the other for a moment before tilting his head. “Are you okay?” Prince asked the other man with a concerned look coming across his face. The other man didn’t look well, and Prince was really wondering how the other man was feeling. “Yeah, I know out...Where are you trying to get too?” Prince asked the other man.

“I think so.” Armand agreed, knowing all the same that the only way he was getting out of here was for fucking or whipping. He had no other way out. Not that he hadn’t tried before.

“You were taken by Nik.” Armand smiled warmly, thinking the blush was sweet. He had been taken by the noble vampire and was still unaware of the beauty he had to have had to capture the attention of a man 3000. “You should know you’re pretty by now. Shouldn’t need me telling you it.” He chuckled amusedly.

“I’m still saying be careful.” The alpha insisted. “They’re ruthless - you know that as much as I do.”

This was the part about this that Prince hated the most. Because at the end of the day? The faerie had absolute no power and couldn’t help his friend. Despite the fact that he wanted too.

“Some people are like that.” He shrugged. There was no telling what would set a master off to the extreme these days. Some of them were just petty, others did it out of embarrassment. No physical damage was quite as awful and fun to give a master than damage to his ego.

“Few hours maybe? Long enough to cramp up.” He chuckled, his hand leaving the metal bars in front of him to lay on top of Prince’s where it was on his forearm. “Should be out soon - someone’ll come along and decide to whip me at some point.” It was his only way out, as far as he knew. That was what had happened all the other times he’d been set free - it was for whipping or fun.

“Too late for me to be careful.” He pointed out with a huffed chuckle. “You’re still walking around and pretty.” He smiled softly. “Anyone could grab you.”

Prince shook his head. “I was lucky that Nik took an interest in me and has turned into someone I love...But I’m not naive.” Prince assured the other man with a shake of his head.

Prince frowned with a concerned look crossing his face at his friend’s words, but then Armie told him more. “Whip you? Haven’t you been punished enough?” Prince bristled slightly as he shook his head.

“It’s alright.” He wouldn’t be able to stay mad at Prince. He didn’t hunk he’d ever been truly upset with the other - more just annoyed by his naivety sometimes.

“I was taken for some ‘fun’ but the guy couldn’t get hard. When I pointed it out, he threw me to this place.” Armand had done more than point it out, however - he’d laughed. And that was never a good decision.

“Be careful around this place, okay?” He asked softly. “You know that they don’t always take no as no - even with the freedom you have.” Freedom-ish. More freedom than Armand or other slaves had.

Prince smiled softly at the other when the other said that it’s alright. “Thank you...I was worried that you thought that I’ve forgotten how bad it can be down here.” Prince admitted, a small flush on his cheeks as he admitted it.

Prince frowned as he heard the other man’s words and shook his head. “This seems...Rather cruel for that.” Prince mumbled as he softly placed a hand on the other man’s arm. “How long have they had you stuck here?”

“Do I look okay, Prince?” He asked, appreciating that he looked possibly the worst he had in a long while. With the blood smudged up his cheekbone and the very crooked state of his two left middle fingers, he looked rather ill, he would bet.

“What are you doing here - I thought you were living better now?” He added, concerned for the other’s return.

“Sorry...Dumb question,” the faerie said with a slight blush on his pale cheeks before taking in the other man’s body. “What happened this time?” Prince asked the other man curiously, wondering if there was something he could do to help his friend.

“Armie?” Prince’s eyes couldn’t help but widen. Prince was now a villager and worked as a Ground’s Keeper, so he was surprised when he saw the other man. “Are you...Are you okay?” The faerie asked, a look of concern on his face as he looked at the other man.

Kai was in the middle of killing two witches when he heard Prince, swiftly lifting his head to look the direction of the voice. “Prince?” He called, pulling his daggers out of both witches and letting their bodies fall to the ground before moving towards the other, skidding to a hoot when found him. “Prince, are you ok?” he hummed, his eyes drifting over the other to check him for injuries - he knew Prince could take care of himself but he also knew this witches were far from amateurs.

Prince let out a sigh of relief as he saw Kai. “Thank God,” Prince said as he quickly hugged the other, being mindful of his wings. “Took a little damage to one of my wings. A nasty fireball.” Prince admitted as he peeked over his shoulder, seeing the pink and light blue wing looking a little burnt and a little injured on the top. “I’m able to use it still though...Just a little painful.” Prince admitted. “What about you?” Prince asked, his own eyes quickly taking a look over Kai to make sure he too was alright.

“You know, it really is starting to feel that way. Apparently people really can’t leave this place alone.” Looking around Nikolas furrowed his brows taking time to think things over. “I gotta find some of the council. Assassins have been sent for us so removing as many witches and finding the others is priority right now.”

Nikolas frowned seeing the wing, reaching out to gently touch it. “I’ll have to see about getting it fixed when this is over.” He didn’t want the boy to have damaged wings. He pulled Prince to the side so they wouldn’t be in any direct way of the fights. “I’m good. Thankfully kai woke me up and we got out of the suite to try and get ahead of everything. Turns out the witches hired assassins to take out the council.”

Prince let out a sigh as he heard Nikolas’ words and shivered as his hand gently brushed along the wing. Prince followed his fiancee before hearing his words. “Why does it feel like every other month there is a war going on in the castle?” Prince asked with a small shake of his head and a slight chuckle. “So what’s the game plan? Are we fighting, or hiding?” All Prince knew? There was no way he was letting Nik out of his sight.
