Can any ftms share their workouts :p I want to start working out because restricting isn't enough but I don't know what kind of workouts to do if I want to look more masculine

I jsut binged 2 days in a row without purg3ing. There's something wrong with me.

Almost gave up but immediately purg3d after because there's no way I'm giving up at this size

I ate way too many calories today and I wasn't able to purg3 them all up.. I guess I just gotta fast tommorow

I'm being forced to go out to each after already having lunch. This is terrible I'm gonna eat so many calories. I guess I just gotta purge after :(
