~ Since her divorce, Prim has developed an addiction to the cosmic potion. It gives her a nice high and helps keep her calm as her anxiety likes to come out. Sheâll mix it with an energy potion to make her look peppy.
~ She lives in a small home in Echo Acres that her and her ex-husband bought. It has a small garden outside with flowers while she keeps other plants in a little greenhouse.
~ Over the last six years, sheâs been a little secluded because of how upset she was and how unpredictable her electrokinesis was being. She has started coming out more over the last few months and always has a smile on her face to hide how sheâs actually feeling.
                    possible connections //
~ ex-husband : currently have his name as Trevor, but could be changed. They were together for about 10 years before they started fighting about having kids and eventually divorced. He couldâve changed into a supernatural creature in the last 6 years. Possibly both still love each other, but unsure. We can talk.
~ best friend : someone Prim is close to and can confide in. possibly have been close since childhood.
~ friends : people Prim likes and they hang out.Â
~ customers : she works at the florist shop so someone who comes in for flowers or plants.Â
~ because of her power of botanical communication, she could be good at getting ingredients for potions or finding certain plants
~ someone who may know of her addiction or gets her the cosmic potion from time to time

âIâll be sure to steer clear of them then,â she promised with faux sincerity, even going so far as to trace an x across her heart. Dahlia returned Primâs hug without a second thought â though she was hardly a touchy feely sort of person, her family and closest friends had always been the exception; she had never really understood people that loved to squeeze perfect strangers until their rib cages cracked. She shrugged her shoulders in response to her sisterâs question. âWhatâs that saying again? Youâve gotta stop and smell the roses sometime?â Dahlia stole a quick glance at the roses Prim had spoken of, and quickly added, âAlthough I guess if I have to stay away from them, that really puts a damper on that plan.â She smirked, then sighed before dropping the sarcasm â well, mostly. âI dunno, guess I just figured I should pay you a visit even at the detriment of your business.â
x
âSure you will.â She teased. She rubbed her sisterâs back for a moment as they hugged before moving back and leaning against the counter while Dahlia talked. âSomething like that.â She laughed and shook her head. âOh? Planning on killing all my roses? Youâll put us out of business.â Prim teased before making a happy face. âAwe. So you are coming to just visit with me.â She said before hugging her again and pulling away once more. âHey, want to go get some coffee? I can close up for a bit. Itâs about lunch time anyways and Iâm sure Selene needs to stretch her legs.â She said and looked over at her familiar, who was laying in the window asleep in the sun.
âLack of moisturizer, I guess?â Jas attempted at a joke as she entered the shop she knew her half sister was working at. She hadnât spoken to Prim much since she had dropped the news that the pair of them were sort of related and, even now, it felt like you cut the tension in the room with a knife. But, as wary as Jasmine still was to fully get close to the other, she did want to at least, be on semi-good terms with the blonde.Â
âNo, but actually, I was wondering if you had any succulents? I was thinking about getting one for my desk at work or another for the RV,â She explained with a small shrug, having always had a bit of a green thumb herself. Not to the extent Prim clearly did, but enough to decorate with plants and always have one or two in whatever home she was living in, however temporary the living arrangements might be.Â
x
Her head shot up and turned quickly to see her half-sister standing before her. Since finding out the other existed, being around Jas had made her on edge even more than usual and always made her nervous that she was going to accidentally send off lightning bolts. Luckily, she caught herself before getting too freaked out (and it helped the cosmic potion was still in her system) and took a deep breath before letting it out to calm herself down and she put on a smile. âWater is a factor. Neglect is another. And sunlight. It was definitely in for the trifecta of almost killing a plant.â Prim said, totally missing the joke her sister was trying to say, but her mind was focusing on keeping calm.
Listening, she nodded and put her gloves and shears aside. âYeah. We have tons of them.â She said. Talking about plants definitely was something to keep her calm and she moved quickly towards the section they were in, waving to Jas carefully to follow her. âWe have a variety of cacti and succulents on the maintenance level you want. Most people thing you can water once and leave for a while, but each one is different and thatâs what surprises people when they accidentally kill them.âÂ

Location: Rohanâs Apartment
Rohanâs familiar, the large black and white cat known as Bustopher, had actually been the one to âanswerâ the door once he got the sense someone was standing on the other side. The witch had left it propped earlier when bringing in groceries, and so, it really was a matter of simply pawing it open it and then sitting there and glaring up at the visitor. It was the jangling of the bells around the knob (one of the various ghostly tells that littered this cluttered fortress of an apartment), however, that actually attracted Rohanâs attention. He poked his head out the doorway to the kitchen, where a pot was already boiling on the stove. âOh! Come in. Come in. Iâm sorry. Bustopher, say âhello!â How are you?â The cat mewed and then turned and walked off, not quite leading the way but letting anyone who wanted to follow do so if they felt like it.Â
x
Primrose smiled as the familiar opened the door. Her own black cat, Selene, walked in proudly and ended up perching herself on the window like she did at home. The blonde walked in after her and held her bag of ingredients she was bringing to Rohan and looked around for the man of the hour. âRo?â She called out and perked up as she saw the man peak his head out of the kitchen. âYouâre fine.â She said and looked over at the cat as he mewed before walking off. âHello, Bustopher.â Prim laughed. âSelene, say âhiâ too.â She told her cat who just turned and gave a look before looking back out. âSorry. Sheâs in a mood.â In reality, the cat had become protective over the last six years and got cold when she knew Prim was around new people. âIâm good. How are you? Get started without me?â
Ross always seemed to find himself finding things that he did that he wouldâve gotten from his parents. Sometimes itâs the movies that his father enjoyed, or the way he made his tea reflecting how his mom did, but something he never expected was the bit of joy he had when he got fresh flowers to put in the record store. It was just something to pick up the atmosphere a bit, and it helped to give a little something else overall. His last bit of flowers had died out a while ago, and he had been meaning to head out to get more, but just hadnât until today when he finally made himself go.Â
Walking into the shop, Ross moved around to look over the different plants as he finally approached the counter in time to hear the woman speak. âLooks like it has been a little neglected in itâs life.â He commented. âThink you can help it out?âÂ
x
The florist nodded and cocked her head a little as she looked over the poor plant in front of her. It was going to take a little, but she would bring it back. âIt was, but itâll be okay. It still has a life left and Iâll get it back in full form before long.â Prim grinned and looked over at Ross. âItâll take a bit, but soon no one would know it was like this.â She assured him. âAs for you, might be faster.â She teased and took her gloves off. âWhat can I do for you? Itâs been a minute since youâve gotten flowers, so Iâm assuming weâre doing a refresh?â

Anyone who knew Anna wellâor at least, knew the parts of her that she would allow to be shown in publicâwould be surprised to find that her house was full of plants. Plants and fishâthe two living things Anna could stand to be in the same room with for an extended period of time. Or, more accurately, the only two living things with whom she knew how to let her guard down. The fish in her tanksâand she had many, dozens of species in tanks that lined almost every inch of her home, from her staircase, to her living room, to her bedroom wallâlistened to her woes and worries, to all the things she wouldnât dare tell a living sole. And the plants responded to her. She cared for them, doted on them, showed them all the tenderness and kindness she had hidden inside her, too scared to show any living person should they take it as weakness instead. The problem was, it was difficult to keep her âsecret interestâ a secret from the woman she purchased from.Â
As a regular of Just in Bloom, Anna had had to develop an understanding with Primrose quite quicklyâsubtle hints from time to time that she would make the womanâs life a living hell should she ever speak about these visits to anyone. But she usually saved that for the moment she checked out. âMorning, Darling,â she greeted as she stepped inside. âI do hope youâre not speaking to me.â She pushed her sunglasses up into her hair as she looked around the shop, scanning for a flower or plant she did not already have.Â
x
A smile crossed her face as she heard Annaâs voice. She was a regular in the store and honestly someone that Prim liked. âMorning.â She said as she put the sheers down and shook her head. âNot at all. I would never.â The florist assured her while taking off her gloves and making her way around the counter. âWhat are we looking for today? Refreshing some of he plants you have or getting something new?â She got closer and put her hand on her hip. âWe may have something you donât have yet.âÂ
Dahlia had a few spare moments to kill â a rarity, given her normally jam packed schedule where she had to schedule actual breaks just so she would have to force herself to take one â and she had made the decision to pop into her sisterâs shop for a quick visit. It had been some time since sheâd done that, and the place relaxed her more than she could understand considering she had accidentally killed every plant Primrose had ever tried to give her despite following instructions to a tee. As she walked in, she could tell her sister was distracted by one of the plants before her, and Dahlia smirked slightly as she quipped, âUh oh, donât tell me my presence alone is now enough to kill a plant?â A joke â and not a very good one, but Dahlia actually wouldnât have been shocked if her lame joke were to be true.
x
Prim glanced up for a moment as she heard her sisterâs voice and she smiled softly. âNo, not this time. But I wouldnât stand too close to the roses. I just put them out on display and Iâd really hate for them to wither.â The blonde finished trimming the plant and put her trimming shears down. âHey, Dee.â She said as she took off her gloves and rounded the counter to give her younger sister a hug. âHow are you? And to what do I owe the pleasure? Been a minute since you visited little ole me.â She teased.
Tension always built into Maureenâs shoulders the more she tried to ignore it; the muscles would pull and pull until it began to turn into stinging pain. Was it healthy? Absolutely not. But did it avoid any conflict with her family? Absolutely, and Maureen liked to keep it that way. She just needed to go pick up some stupid floral order her dad had gotten for her mom. It didnât matter that she lived on her own, or that she wasnât a kid anymore â she hadnât been one for a while â sheâd still do it. Maureen pushed through the front door to the florist, enjoying the jingle of the bell. The woman in front of her was mumbling at a plant that seemed to see better days, a brief smile tugging up on her lips, almost amused at the interaction. âIf Iâm not interrupting,â Maureen spoke softly, âUh, Iâm here for an order.â
x
Hearing a voice, she jumped slightly and put the pruning shears down quickly. The startle was clear on her face for half a second before her usual Primrose Reed smile filled her face. One that anyone who didnât know her would think was her real one, but she hadnât done that one in a long time. Honestly, she may have forgotten what it looked like. âYouâre not interrupting at all.â She assured her and took off her gloves before standing straighter. âPerfect. Whatâs the name on the order?â Prim walked over to the computer and started getting up the order list.

Over the years, Primrose had learned a lot of techniques to calm herself down. Running was one and honestly, it was a favorite one. She loved pushing herself and going as far as she could before making the way back home. Baking was another and these days, she was doing that more often as it was cold and it was better to do late at night. And if she admitted it to herself, she was quite fond of the cosmic potions, but she told herself she didnât have a problem there. She just did it to unwind. Saying that made a voice in her head laugh and call her a liar, but she ignored it like she always did. She was good at ignoring that voice that sounded more and more like her mother.
Out of all the ways she knew how to calm herself down, working with plants was always her favorite. She loves bringing them to life and letting them grow. She loves making them look a certain way when she arranges flowers. And she loves talking about them. She could talk for hours about them or sometimes to them. She was really good at that one; even before her powers came in. She was even doing it now as she was alone in the flower shop and was tending to a plant a customer dropped off that needed to be revived. It wasnât really what the shop was for, but they knew she could save them better than most. âHow on earth are you this dry? And wilted?â She talked to it and shook her head; completely missing the bell above the door ringing to signal her someone was in the shop.
It had been a long, difficult day and all Livia wanted to do was to eat ice cream and drink copious amounts of alcohol and forget about work until her next shift. Knowing she had the day off tomorrow made it easier, and so she found herself wandering to the liquor store for her vice, tequila, and wondering whether ordering pizza and tacos was the best idea ever, or the best idea ever. Thinking it would be a bad idea was a problem for tomorrowâs Livia. Her satchel was stuffed with the candy and chips she had bought on her lunch break, and she was grabbing enough tequila bottles to fill the storage bags that settled on her motorbike outside. She rounded the corner, trying to pretend the clinking of glass bottles was not coming from her as she made awkward eye contact with the person in the next aisle. âI⌠itâs been a long day. Donât judge.â she sighed in defeat.Â

There was nothing worse than going home after a going to see your mother and finding that the bottle of wine you thought you had still some left in was actually empty. Okay, there were things worse than that, but right now, all Primrose wanted was a glass of her favorite red wine and to forget the evening that was mainly spent talking about how she should start dating again. Its been six years, Primrose. You shouldâve been with someone already. Her motherâs words rang in her head as she went into Shadow Lake Liquor and headed straight to the wine. Maybe sheâd pick up something a little harder, too. Looking for the one she wanted, she heard some clinking and she looked up to make eye contract with the person the clinking belonged to. Her hands went up to show she wasnât judging and smiled. âNo judgement here. Though, I may be interested in where the partyâs at.â

Whenever Talia was stressed or frustrated, the bookstore was her happy place and had been ever since she rolled into town. Usually. On this particular day, she found the task of finding a book frustrating in itself since she'd gone through the books that was in the care package from her sister. "Sorry. I don't mean to bother you." She spoke as she turned to the person near her. "I'm really struggling for inspiration here. I'm hoping you have a suggestion or two?"

Primrose was a frequent customer of New Leaf. She loved rummaging through the books and and getting new botanical ones that seemed to fit the aesthetic she was putting in her home. Books that looked nice and go with the flora around her home. Things that looked appealing to anyone coming into her home; though it was rare she had anyone really over. It had been that way for years now. Still, the blonde liked it all looking nice and sheâd throw in classics as well. Her new favorite was the Puffin in Bloom collection she had gotten. They fit so well with what she wanted on her bookshelf and she was hoping to find others that gave off the same look. She was looking through the aisles when someone stopped her and a smile appeared on her face. âNot a bother at all.â She assured her. âI could try to help. What are you looking for?â

location: wash & repeat
(your muse could be the one hogging the machine, an observer, etc)Â Â
The problem with being in Lunar Cove was that it was generally frowned upon to push your weight around or threaten people with bodily harm. So the only real weapons she had were an irritated sigh and passive aggressive hovering. The inconsiderate person taking selfies, sat on top of the only free washer, was getting on her damn nerves. âAre you going to be a while?â Their tone was as level as possible while holding back the urge to grab them by the collar and move them. "The lighting by the window is just as good - some of us actually intend to use the machines.âÂ
x
It seemed just as well that Primâs washer would break. It was making weird sounds since the end of December and today, it had finally gave up. It wouldnât have been such a big deal if she was out of almost everything to wear so she got into her best comfy clothes and headed to Wash & Repeat with her basket of laundry. Luckily, it was just one load so she didnât expect to be there too long and it was already time to switch to the dryer when she heard someone speak up about the person just sitting on the washer taking pictures of themselves. She had thoughts about that herself, but hadnât commented since she had a washer, though clearly it was in need. Getting the last of her clothes out, she smiled and touched the otherâs arm. âYou can use mine. The lightingâs kinda dark so it shouldnât be a hot spot for Instagram stories.â She joked as she offered up the machine she had finished using.
