Gonna try omad tomorrow. The hard part is going to be portioning all the food I cooked today. Chicken was on CRAZY sale for $1.47/lb so I bought 4 lbs and cooked it all on the grill. But tomorrow I gotta portion it all out and freeze whatever I cant eat this week and itβs gonna be a challenge not to nibble. Guess I gotta do it like right after I do my omad so Iβm not hungry.
Also, having an ED and trying to stock up on food when itβs on sale feels so weird. I felt like everyone in the store was judging me for buying 4 lbs of chicken and itβs literally a holiday where all anyone here does is grill??
And I forgot to get mint tea. I have plenty of other herbal teas so itβs fine but I wanted mint
