Luke and Brett honestly hadn’t even been at the party that long when Luke started to notice a weird smoke fill the room. He hadn’t even been able to get a drink yet, and that was the last thing he remembered. Blinking his eyes open a few times, he was laying on his back, his head feeling heavy like someone was sitting on it. It was pretty chilly in the room, but perhaps that was because his costume involved not wearing a shirt. He wanted to just blindly find some blankets and snuggle back up to sleep, but a deeper instinct told him that something wasn’t right. Forcing his mind to wake up, he rubbed his eyes briefly before opening them fully. He was in a room of the mansion, but why? And how? Looking over, he saw Brett beside him and let out a sigh of relief. Thank God. At least he wasn’t alone or, worse, with someone else in the bed. “Brett, wake up,” he said, shaking the man. He hoped that his boyfriend would be able to remember how they got here.
