Shaking his head he smiled,”Anyways I’ve got training with the pack tomorrow want to drop by?” 

Zophia smiled brightly, “Of course I want to see how good they are!” She looked up at him with big eyes.

Derek chuckled,”They aren’t too good but still will be cool to watch.” He smiled with a shrug finishing off his coffee.

Zophia giggled softly, “I figured with you as a teacher they would be amazing by now.” She takes both cups and goes to throw them away

“Well I’m a rubbish teacher that and they usually bicker more than practice plus they have homework.” Derek shrugged,”But then again unlike them was born into it so maybe different standards.”

“No, I like how you have it… it looks nice.” Stiles assured him with a small smile. He really did like the picture and thought it was practically perfect.

“Thanks.” Derek thought a moment before carefully ripping it out of the sketchpad. Then gave it to the other,”Here I can always redraw it now that I’ve figured out what to draw.” He then paused setting it down and scrawling his signature and the date.

Shaking his head he smiled,”Anyways I’ve got training with the pack tomorrow want to drop by?” 

Zophia smiled brightly, “Of course I want to see how good they are!” She looked up at him with big eyes.

Derek chuckled,”They aren’t too good but still will be cool to watch.” He smiled with a shrug finishing off his coffee.

Derek paused setting the pencil down,”A few lines were curved wrong that’s all.” He smiled studying the other,”You really think it’s good?” Studying the drawing he himself couldn’t decipher how decent it was. After all he’d literally been drawing most of the morning. Only break was when he protected the other and got coffee.

“Yeah, I do, it looks… different… better than the usual dragon drawing.” He said with a smile. He nodded when the other said a few lines had been curved wrong and shrugged, “I would’ve never known to be honest.” He admitted with a sheepish grin, “drawing isn’t mynstrong suit.”

“Thanks and yeah probably my art style.” Derek shrugged sipping at his coffee holding it in both his hands. “Yeah makes sense and it’s just a thing I’ve picked up practice helps.”

“I tried to practice.” Stiles responded with a sheepish grin, “but no matter what the lines just end up… wrong.” He shrugged and shook his head, chuckling a bit.

Smiling he nodded,”It’s hard and yeah even I have issues with it sometimes.” Derek took another sip of his coffee. “For example I look at these and keep having a feeling like I should change the drawing.”

“Sure and I didn’t want to kill you just didn’t want to deal with a nuisance.” Derek shrugged and sipped at his coffee,”Yeah my bad but then again you probably know little about me after all this time.”

“That’s very true. So guess we can start fresh?” Zophia smiled softly, crossing her legs in the chair.

Derek smiled,”Yeah start fresh starting now.” He sipped at his coffee again it tucked in both of his hands.

Zophia held her hand out towards him, “Hi there. My name is Zophia.” She giggled softly

He chuckled shaking her hand,”My name’s Derek nice to meet you.” Derek smiled genuinely enjoying himself.
